I had been looking for a suitable aerial yoga stand for a while, since the one offered by the seller of my aerial yoga hammock is way too high to fit in my apartment. I was hesitant when I was recommended the foldable KT Aerial Yoga Stand Frame, but decided to give it a try nonetheless. After all, the doorframe setup I had been using was limiting me in quite very frustrating ways! What a wonderful surprise when I ordered the KT Aerial Yoga Stand Frame!!! To begin with, the seller. What a wonderful seller!!! They contacted me even before the frame was shipped to make sure the address was correct, and to enquire about specific delivery instructions, signature upon delivery, etc. I simply could not believe it! In all my years of buying online, this is the very first seller kind enough to contact me before shipping my product to make sure it was going to be safely delivered to me. Furthermore, they contacted me again to send me instructions, ahead of time, on assembling the product. The instructions included a PDF and video. And then, they remained available in case I had questions or concerns with the product. Talk about Top Of The Line customer service!!! Now, on to the product itself. It is just the most wonderful experience I could have ever expected to have. My aerial rig was previously set up at the door frame, so some movements were not fully possible. This KT Aerial Yoga Stand gives me freedom of movement, allows me to set up my rig high enough so I don't brush the floor with my head during inversions, and is super sturdy so as not to get distorted or dislodge any of its components while I'm using it. It is very stable on the floor, easy to handle and super easy to fold back when I am not using it. That is another thing that convinced me to buy it (before the seller contacted me, of course). Other frames out there cannot be folded back and stored safely when not in use. They just take too much space and, especially for people living in an apartment, that makes for an awkward arrangement of furniture and such. The KT Aerial Yoga Stand can be folded and stored against a wall, out of the way and very conveniently. I simply LOVE that feature!!! Now, a word of caution. My stand does slide back and forth a bit depending on the poses I am doing at any given moment, even if it comes with rubber protectors to be used on the bars resting on the floor, but that has more to do with the wooden floors in my apartment, which are quite slippery, than with the frame itself. I solved the issue my using non-slip squares right under each corner of the frame, thus reinforcing the rubber protection that comes with the frame. Other than that, I could not be happier with my KT Aerial Yoga Stand!!! I have already recommended it to a bunch of friends, three of which have already looked into it, and will keep recommending it left and right. It has been the very best purchase I have done this year!!! :) Should you be looking for an affordable, easy to use and space-saving Aerial Yoga Stand, do not hesitate, this is the one for you!!!

So, we live full-time on the road in a truck camper/utility trailer set-up. There's not much space, but we wanted to be able to exercise wherever we were at the time. This item fit the bill perfectly in our tiny "trailer gym", and allows us to do pull-ups and other "bar related" exercises, without the need for permanent mounts. It also folds up and stores out of the way! I found the installation video and paperwork easy to follow, the quality of the build was excellent and strong, and the item was well-packed (in 2 boxes) to insure undamaged arrival. The seller is extremely kind and helpful. $300 is a bit high for this item, but it offers a lot: quality, sturdiness, multiple uses, easy adjustability, and fold-away storage. There's nothing out there quite as good for the money.

The pros: it folds flat for storage against a wall fairly quickly and simply. I imagine it might also slide under a bed for storage if you have nothing else under your bed. It shipped to me VERY well packed (seriously, whoever wrapped this thing up for shipping was an overachiever determined to impress). Tracking was provided and I was offered the option for signature confirmation or not prior to shipping. I did not need/use any tools to assemble the stand and it even came with a few extra nuts/bolts just in case. They have an assembly video on YouTube that talks you through assembly. Height and width adjustments are pretty quick and simple to do. Removing the crossbars and folding the stand flat is very quick and easy as well. It is strong and sturdy and I feel very secure doing inverted yoga poses, there’s no wobble or shake to the stand. The cons: It is much heavier than I expected it to be and therefore not as portable or easy to carry about to different locations as I hoped. It does not include a storage/travel case. The assembly instructions are frustratingly unclear on which length bolts to use where, so there’s some trial and error involved. The assembly video shows the stand being easily assembled by one guy… you need two people or someone with longer arms than my compact body came with. Even when you remove the support crossbars and fold the stand flat, it will take up a significant amount of of space against a wall because unless you have help to assemble and disassemble it every time you want to use it, you can only remove the two crossbars and fold the big rectangle flat(ish). Overall I’m pleased with the purchase of this stand. It’s a great option for anyone who can’t or doesn’t want to install ceiling anchors. Just beware that it is not light or compact enough to truly be considered a “travel” or “portable” frame… at least not easily.

I use this with gymnastic rings in my home office/gym. I have tall ceilings, so I'm able to leave the frame in its highest setting when in use. I can do ring muscle-ups, pull-ups, dips, push-ups, levers, etc. What it has trouble doing is exercises which exert horizontal force on the frame; exercises such as standing rows, curls, and possibly tricep extensions if you're pulling more "out" than "down". When I'm done, I remove the side bars and it folds flat against the wall. Height adjustment is possible but not easy, so I recommend picking a height that works for you and then stick with it. Great product and a great update from hanging the rings on a pull-up bar like I was doing before. Highly recommend.

I bought this 5 years ago. There was a part missing, the seller sent it after i asked for it. It's been working well for aerial yoga.
