I love these mounts. I used one on my bed in my room for a bit. And one in my semi for the sleeper and dash. They actually surprise how good they hold up. Highly recommend!! Just be sure and order extra because your kids will still them 😂

Very sturdy mounts, used primarily for smaller drum mics, but did use them for sm57-58 on a conga rim without any worry of sagging or droop.

It's the "almost-rock-star" of mic stands, It’s sleek, it’s flexible, and it’s ready to bend over backwards for you—literally. This stand can twist and shout almost as well as I do during my weekend karaoke sessions. Now, don’t get me wrong, this stand is great at doing the limbo under its own weight, but when you slap a heavier mic on there, it starts to droop like my Aunt Mabel's famous spaghetti on a hot day. It's perfect for those lighter mics, but if you’re rocking something that looks like it ate a few too many burgers, this stand might lean back more than you’d want during your solo. That said, if you’re not mounting a mic that doubles as a dumbbell, you’re in the clear. It’s a sturdy buddy for most setups and keeps things right where you need them—until it gets a bit too tired with the heavy lifting. So, I’m giving this gooseneck a solid 4 stars. It’s got the spirit of a roadie but could use a bit of a workout regimen to handle the big gigs!

Failed at its first real-world test during a live performance. We ended up using duct tape because these mounts were completely unusable. The design flaw is that the threaded stud from the gooseneck extends far into the clamp opening where the stand or pole is supposed to sit. This creates two major problems: 1. The protruding stud physically blocks the clamp's tightening mechanism, making it difficult or impossible to properly tighten the clamp around a stand. 2. The stud takes up so much space inside the clamp that it pushes the stand outward, preventing the clamp from getting a secure grip. Instead of wrapping around the pole, the clamp ends up barely contacting it and slips off. I bought these to mount a microphone on a standard cymbal stand, which should be a very common use case for a product like this. There simply wasn't enough clearance for the clamp to work. The only way I could see it functioning is on an unusually thin tube, perhaps under 1/2 inch in diameter, which severely limits its usefulness. Even if you find a small enough tube, the weight of the microphone and gooseneck causes the assembly to loosen and sag over time. The idea is good, but the design is not. A clamp designed to attach to stands shouldn't have a large threaded stud occupying the same space as the stand it's supposed to clamp onto. Cheap price, but unfortunately cheap engineering as well. Returning.

Easy to setup

This item cannot even hold the weight of a mic. Not useful. May be okay for very light mics. I ended up returning them.

You get what you pay for. Very flimsy and the clamp doesn't hold. I had to super glue plastic parts together as threaded parts stripped to easy and wouldn't hold.
