Does this switch require zigbee hub to work?

It requires their own zigbee hub. It does not follow 3.0 standards. I tried via ZHA with no luck and see the same issues on the home-assistant forums. I'm returning mine.

It works with voltage of 220v?

Yes it can.Note that the switch must work with tuya zigbee 3.0 hub.
