Bought this almost an year back and it is working well.Bought so many many products front Agaro. If it is Agaro I blindly buy it. That the confidence I have built up over the years.This steamer is very useful for facial steaming and also a great help during headaches and cold.Best buy for me..

Want a replacementIt was working good . But it's water container started leaking on its own . Now it's not working. Just bought this product 2 months back only.

I used the product for 3 months and had a problem which was fixed immediately by Agaro's customer care. My product was under the 1 year warranty so it got replaced. Good response and fast service

The media could not be loaded. The firs 3 uses were great. After that I had an electric shock. Upon further exloration, I realised that just with 3 used the plastic cup holding water started to leak. I was absolutely shocked and stunned that this was happening. I read more reviews to understand that so many others have the same faulty mechanism. There is no way to replace or even buy that plastic cup. I hope to hear back from the seller before I take further action.

The media could not be loaded. The product is amazing. I never felt safe using conventional steamers because there was always the risk of burning yourself. This one is compact n easy to use. The instructions that came along with it made it very simple. The steam lasts only 10 minutes which makes it ideal because steam treatments are harmful to skin if extended beyond this time. The steam targets the face directly n there’s no risk of getting burned. It’s not as strong that ur skin can’t handle it. The temperature control is ideal.It’s also very compact n looks cute. Love it!

Product is nice. Steam flow is perfect.Bought it for my mother.However it's very important to know how to clean post usage which is very crucial but unclear. Especially for senior citizens using it for lung disease. Description of cleaning unable to understand.
