No it will not. You might want to use a sealing spray first, like Flex Seal, then apply the Dupli-Color over the top.

Can this be used to paint exterior vinyl window trim on home windows?

I don't think it would hold up under weather conditions

Will it cover bleach stains?

Definitely, it's basically spray paint. It made my 26 year year old faded and stained carpet look brand new.

If the paint gets wet will the paint run?

We haven't gotten it wet. Any spray paint will run, you should put some kind of clear coat over it.
