This is my most favorite waffle maker ever!! I had one of these years ago, but ended up giving it away... I've just purchased another and can not wait to make waffles! My favorite thing to do with these waffles after baked, is to pull each mini heart shaped waffle apart and freeze them for my whole family. They're the perfect size for toddlers! I have a 3rd little babe due in December, so we definitely plan on freezing a whole bunch!! This maker is so much easier to clean vs a Belgian waffle maker. (Also this type of waffle Plus so much easier to grease and is truly is non-stick!

Wonderful machine all the recipes included with it work very well. There is a learning curve as the griddle pan isn't deep at all. So over flow or over crisp waffles can be expected if your using your own recipe. However definitely great for making savory waffles for sandwiches, pressing bread for panzanella, or as a sandwich press. Very easy to clean

Out of the box to waffles in like… three minutes. This heated up really quick and it was so easy. Idk why I waited so long to finally get a waffle iron? I love the five part waffle- we were able to either eat with a fork or easily tear apart and dip into syrup! The green indicator lights up when the waffle is ready (I think, at least it worked for me!). I’d buy this again and if a family member wanted a waffle iron, I’d give this as a gift. Things I wish it did differently: I wish it had cord storage. Maybe I missed that in the directions, but the cord doesn’t clip in or anything it just kind of chills. An on/off switch. I understand that pricier models hay have this so for the price, I’d rather have this one, but it is a convenience. However, the red and green indicator lights let me know it’s plugged in. Overall, for the price, this waffle maker is a wonderful option. The shape of the waffles are just a bonus!

Being a 60 year old Norwegian,I have waffles like these in my blood and have been making them for the past 55 years, using my greandmothers recipe. I was over the moon when I found this "iron" and could now make waffles here in Florida. Unfortunately the "iron" proved a huge disappointment and giant waste of a Sunday morning. Out of the box it has a very cheap plastic look and feel to it, there is no weight or substance and hinges feel slarky and loose. Once it heats up, the entire contraption gets burning hot, something I have not had from any quality Norwegian irons before, you should not need to use an ovenglove or a cloth to lift the lid, the lid handle should certainly not heat up like this. As to the internal plates....the waffles....well...one side (the bottom) will cook to a crisp, the top side on the other hand remains pale and the waffle itself remains uncooked through the middle. I tried every temperature option using the slider but to no avail, what I was left with was not fit for consumption. Being as the was bought in July and I myself was away until this week, it is to late to return it and it now sits on top of the trashcan out in the yard until it cools down enough to go in it. Very very disappointed and no I would absolutely NOT recommend this.

We were recently looking into getting a new waffle maker for our kids. They tend to like the thinner and more "eggo" style of waffles rather than the thick Belgian waffle maker we already have. Our old one was taking up space and with the kiddos still wanting waffles we started looking around. Originally I went for a Dash waffle maker that was also heart shaped. Upon receiving that item and using it we quickly realized it couldn't keep up with the production needs we needed. Took several minutes per every waffle, and you'd end up with one cold waffle by the time the next one was done. This is when we came upon this Muller Heart 5 Waffle Maker. It met all of our kids requests.... 1: Our kids wanted a fun shape to the waffle 2: they wanted a thinner waffle like Eggo brand makes 3: we needed to have enough waffles to serve to two children at once. This product checked all these boxes, and it works great. It heats up well, and the slide is easy to manipulate. I easily overfilled it the first few trys of making waffles, and this happened because I had a really thick batter. Once I realized to spread it out, I didnt have any issues. It didnt take long to produce 5 waffles, just a few minutes. The kiddos really enjoyed that they could separate the waffles from being together to 5 separate heart shaped waffles. This waffle maker is a steal, and we even got it while it was on sale. Dont hesitate to buy it.

A very nice waffle maker, except it didn't work well with any of my "healthier" homemade recipes, plus I didn't like using it at all or with any of the recipes it came with. Everything stuck. Just couldn't get it to work right, and I make waffles daily for my son, so I really depend on a great-working waffle maker. I returned it. But it is beautiful and might work for you if you like very plain waffles, possibly made with a store-bought mix or maybe for desserts only???

We have used this waffle iron almost daily since we got it if not multiple times a day. My kids love waffles and this is a very quick and easy way to make them. At the medium high setting it takes only about a minute and a half to cook the waffles. Very quick and easy cleanup and a fantastic no spill over guard. This would make a great wedding gift or home warming gift as it is very compact with a great cord wrap up system on the bottom.

I’ve wanted a heart shaped waffle iron for over 25 years as that’s what my mom used when I was little. I’m in an apartment with little storage and these used to cost twice as much, so had never purchased one before this. Love how this can be stored on its side (I keep it upright on top of the fridge with cord wrapped around). I figured making batter a bit on the runny side and letting it run to the sides, letting it bake a few seconds before closing the lid allows full control without spillage. See photo of how much I fill it without it overflowing. This has become my Saturday brunch treat since I got this. I use the buttermilk mix from Superstore and 250mL of mix with 190mL of water seems to work really well for me and makes exactly two waffles. Note that actual waffle size is smaller than indicated, but this seems to be the usual, standard size.

My 4 year old daughter now requests heart waffles. Cuz she loves the shape. I love the speed it heats up and generous size and it's small cabinet space. Definitely a win in this house
