I'd found that using either of my zig zag or hole-style mashers didn't do egg mayonnaise very well, and was looking for something with a differently designed tool to do the job better. This filled the gap as I saw nothing else that was in a different style of instrument to the other two. This has a square lattice that mashes hardboiled yolks and whites, leaving big enough chunks, but not so large as to take ages to mash, as with the zig-zag - and the hole masher reduced all attempts to a pulp. For egg mayo I'd recommend this one specially, but I'm sure its great for mashing potato and other things too. The cost was very reasonable.

Nice simple Ladle. Bought as a basic gift for my daugther whos just got her first place and discovering kitchens are moneypits. Does what you expect. Cheap and cheerful but thankfully looks nicer than the price would suggest.

Good for getting mulled cider out of a slow cooker! I bought this as has the notches on the sides for easy pouring as standard ladles dont scoop up or pour easily and end up splashing it about. This improves that. Good quality.

good big size spoon for large scoops, measure lines is a bonus. grip is nice and comfy.

Christ this thing is big. Not sure if I like it. 😬

It ladles well

I have a couple of stainless steel wok tools similar to this, but of course if you're using a smaller pan, and/or one with a non-stick coating applied, metal is out of the question. As a non-metal alternative, this does the job perfectly well, with no fuss. The built in 'grater' function doesn't really work the way it purports to, though; tried with both garlic and ginger and neither gave a satisfying result. But for the prime purpose, it's solid enough and will do the job well.

Good quality but the shape is not suitable for wok use. It works better for flat pans. Hard to scoop stuff near the edge of the pan. I had to order something else.
