I think this is one of the strongest cool sprays out there. I think it does a great job of cooling my skin down, but avoid the side of your neck, your underarms, your groin, and anywhere you might have open wounds/cuts. Sometimes it feels like a chemical burn, and I feel like it goes a little overboard with the cool. But if you're into that, this is going to be a 5/5 star product for you. As for me, I wish it was lowered slightly. I've made the mistake of putting this on after showering onto my Gentleman's area, and I felt like crying. Good for summers, but be careful. It feels like a chemical burn depending on where you put it.

これをおでこに塗り、冷やした保冷剤を当てると、滅茶苦茶頭が冷えます。 冷たすぎて頭痛がしてくるレベルなので、軽い熱中症かな？と思った時に試してみて下さい。

汗を気にしてる人は 柑橘系の香りじゃない方が良いと思う

アトピーがある私は焼けるような刺激が続き直ぐにかけたところを水で洗い流しました。 皮膚が薄いところはかなりの刺激で比較的皮膚が厚めの足とかはそこまでの刺激はなく使えました。 首や腕の内側、膝裏はやめた方がいいかもしれません。
