LOVE THESE!! No grogginess
Omg these are a life changer! I only need a half of one and I fell asleep within a half hour and stay asleep and wake up refreshed. No hangover or grogginess. I love these!

The product said to take 2. I was wiped out dizzy on 2. I will try one next time.

Regular Rest
This is the only thing that helps my husband sleep. I'm sure I could make this combination with using individual supplements, but something about this particular blend from this manufacturer is just magical for him. He says he isn't tired the next morning either.

Works Well But I Like The Dissolvable Ones Better
These have a good flavor and work well. I have not noticed any negative side effects and as long as I take them when I can get at least 6 hours of sleep, I do not wake up groogy. Even when I get less sleep (4-5 hours), the grogginess isn't too bad and wears off pretty fast. I like the dissolvable tablets better, because they seem to make me fall asleep faster.

These (and a new topper) have helped me sleep again. I love the taste and texture! I do have to take 5 to fall asleep.

Horrible headache
I really don't want to rate this because it could be just me. After about 1 hour of taking this supplement I had a headache that lasted a good 1.5 hours. Then I tried it again 2 days later just in case. Same reaction. It didn't help me sleep or relax.
