Not a real Balsamic Vinegar
Be aware that "Condimento" is not a real balsamic. This product is good+ - It is far from the much more expensive real thing. it gets only 3 stars for the deception. This type of vagueness marketing strategy is practiced by many other producers. The text is the description is skirting the issue smoothly in as much that if you are not in the know, you could be deceived. Nevertheless, this is a reasonable substitute for the real thing.

Good for a 20yr aged Balsamico
This is a real aged balsamic, the term "condimento" is used for all traditionally aged balsamicos which is made of grape must (musto) and left to mellowing over time. 30 year (Patriarca) is much better and 100 year (Gran Riserva Oro) will be the best.
