Well made and good quality. Looks great. Perfect size for a family, and most standard bin liners fit well. Pedal is strong and robust. Quite expensive, but it shouldn't have to be replaced for years, so definitely worth it in the long term. Thanks.

This bin is fantastic. I bought this to replace a cylinder bin because the lid had stopped closing, with my previous bin because of the shape it was a bit narrow making it difficult to take the bag out sometimes. This bin is a much better shape giving a bit more width without taking up more space, it's a really good size, it holds a lot of rubbish and is easy to empty. There are 2 handles on the inside which holds the rubbish bag in place. The pedal works well and the lid opens and closes perfectly, I hope this lasts a long time. Unlike my previous bin the inside of this bin has stayed clean and dry. The bin has a nice chrome finish to it and looks modern and stylish.

The catch seems a bit flimsy.

I’ve had something similar before that needed replacing so this would have been perfect if it fit my space. The bin looks well made and not cheaply made at all, like it would last a long time. Unfortunately it was just too big for where I needed it. 5 star as I can't fault the item, just wish it had fit my space.

It turns out that bins are far more expensive than they have any right to be. I needed one that kept the bin bag enclosed within the unit (so the cats couldn't get it), which limits your options to just a few. The two highest rated among these were both from this company, so I tried the smaller, rounded one first. Within two days the bin lid wouldn't stay closed, so I sent it back (or tried to, that was its own saga, but that wasn't the bin's fault.) I got this bigger one as a replacement, and while it functions kind of okay, for £50 I was expecting a lot more. It feels cheap, it's light as a feather (some would argue this is a positive, for me it's a negative because it isn't robust at all and constantly tips over until it contains enough rubbish to hold it down when you press the pedal), and the main body constantly disconnects itself from the base. 99% of it is plastic, so who knows how long it'll last. If it had cost £25 I'd be happy because it's a decent size and does the only job I ask of it, but at £50 it's a massive ripoff — if I'd been able to find anything else cheaper I would've gone for it in a heartbeat. **EDIT** After just four months this piece of junk has broken. The classic insubstantial piece of plastic - an obvious failure point - has indeed snapped after fairly minimal use, and now the foot pedal doesn't work. DO NOT BUY.

After having one of these no touch bins for the last 25 years in my conservatory when the batteries died and they clearly affected that bin I decided to get a new bin with this being a foot pedal bin. It’s still ideal because you do not have to touch the lid of the bin and it is so aesthetically appealing and so it just compliments the conservatory. I would highly recommend this product.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ I was drawn to this bin because of the metal effect finish and the fact it’s made from 70% recycled plastic — it looks really smart in the kitchen and is a generous size without taking over the space. The pedal works smoothly and the lid closes softly, which is a big plus. The big downside is the bag situation. I’ve tried several types of bin bags (different brands and thicknesses) and none of them seem to stay put once there’s any weight in the bag — they just slip down inside. The supplied clips weren’t much help either so I removed them. At the moment I’m using an elastic band around the top to keep bags in place, which works but really shouldn’t be necessary at this price point. I’ve kept it because I love the look, capacity and smooth mechanism, but if the opening mechanism stops working later on I’ll adapt. For now it does the job with a few tweaks. I hope my review helps you decide — it’s a nice-looking, roomy bin but be prepared to improvise to keep your bags from slipping.

Purchased as a like for like replacement as our precious one failed. The inner bag holder had become defective after several years. Despite being hesistant, I went for the same brand as it looks great, the price is right and it fits well with most decors. The actual opening mechanism was solid and never gave us any issue. Toyed between this and an automatic opened but realistically- why does a bin need a battery? Keep it simple.

Los usamos mas de un año. Uno para papelería y uno para plástico. Son muy bonitos y funcionan perfectamente. Nuestros invitados siempre nos preguntan de donde los hemos comprado.

Bei dem Preis habe ich keinen Plastecurver erwartet, der einfach nur mit einer ( fehlerhaften!!) Folie überklebt ist und dann noch nicht mal funktioniert, vielleicht bei Funktionalität max. 24 € wert.....nicht behalten
