Why's the listing say "smoother than other balsamic vinegars (especially ones with wine vinegar)" while product label shows this is part wine vinegar?

This balsamic is thick and smooth. It doesn’t have a powerful vinegar punch that most balsamic vinegars sold in the US have. You can easily find vinegars like this one in Italy but it’s much harder to find in the US.

If this is aged 15 to 18 years, why doesn’t the product description say so? I would like an answer from the producer.

By law, iGP balsamic vinegar from Modena can’t be labeled with an age. DOP balsamic can only be labeled “affinato” (at least 12 years old) or ”extravecchio” (at least 25 years old). Some producers skirt the law by labeling their IGP products with how many times they’ve been transferred (“travasi”) to smaller barrels in the batteria. that typically happens once a year, so if a bottle says “10 travasi,” it’s likely 10 years old.

I bought 2 items, 4 bottles total for gifts. None of the bottles came with the small pour spout. Can anyone provide a suggestion on how to get them?

I would try writing to the seller. For example, my bottles came from JF Distributions. Amazon has a way you can contact the seller through Amazon to preserve your privacy. If you go to returns and orders and type in the product name to do a search, your order will come up. Click on "order details" to find the seller name. Then click on the seller name to go to their profile where you will find a way to contact the seller. Most sellers respond qiickly.
