Way too small!
Other reviewers are not joking. This is made for someone that has a finger for a Johnson. Material seems like it would be good but not being able to put it on is a deal breaker.

Pretty good product. Not for everyone.
It's tough to put on, and the ball strap is useless, but once I got it on my wife loved it. It adds nice thickness. The head pokes out so there is some feeling, but since the sheath is covered there is defintiely no overstimulation. It didn't do anything for me, but I gave it five stars because the wife loved it. It's not something I would use all the time, but it is good for a change of pace. It's not for everyone, if your woman has a relatively small vagina it will be a no go. My wife may want me to glue it on permenantly, she really liked it.

Too stiff for your man parts
I had high hopes for this sleeve but it is not elastic enough to fit on me. Maybe if the inner diameter was larger the firmness would be great but it just is too small. I am 5” in circumference and there was no way it would fit. It might work well on one of the hard plastic vibrators.

Good idea, poor execution.
This thing is hard to get on. You can't really roll it on. You cannot use the ball strap unless you are 8.5 inches long. 1.5 inches out the end and 7 inches in the sleeve. You can cut it to the length that works for you, but then you cannot use the ball strap.

Love the girth but made me too girthy apparently. If lube gets inside kinda turns i to a pocket vagina Slips even with the ball loop will make her eyes open wide in shock tho

Nice but awkward
Once you get this on it actually worked really nice. She enjoyed it, I enjoyed it! Tried multiple ways of getting it on. If you use lube to help on the inside it slides around. Tried using suction with a pump, it just sucked the extender in, so all in all I just stretched it way out, no lube, very tight fit. It doesn't role up nice like some of the softer extenders. It has quite a small inside diameter, Don't have to be fully hard to use. In fact if your erect you probably won't be able to get it on. If you partner wants to have fun helping you get this on, I think you will like it! If you are already above average in girth, this won't work for you.
