Edit- I have been using this pillow for months now and it’s still great. I watch tv at night in bed and need a regular pillow or two to prop myself up a bit. If I fall asleep with the regular pillows I wake up a lot of neck pain and pinching down in to my shoulder blade. Every night I remember to swap and use this cervical pillow to sleep I have way less to zero neck pain upon waking. It’s been an amazing pillow for me and my pain. I have a connective tissue disorder, so I always dealt with pain, but after being rear ended at a red light years ago my neck is so messed up. That accident herniated 5 discs in my neck and tore everything in my right shoulder, requiring multiple surgeries. That accident was 10 yrs ago and I haven’t been “normal” since. The cervical discs aren’t herniated anymore but are bulging and pushing on nerves, and I’m still in constant pain. I decided to try another cervical pillow, just to see if it could help, even a little. The last one I tried was a big thick memory foam years ago (and I hated it), so I thought maybe there were newer better ones available now. I ordered the smallest/thinnest size but figured it would still be too much. It’s actually so comfortable! It’s definitely higher than my flat normal pillow, which I liked because anything higher hurt my neck, but it cradles my head, and sort of stretches/extends my neck while supporting it and keeping it aligned while sleeping on my back or side. I got this pillow a few days ago and immediately used that night. I fully expected to wake up with my neck stiff and sore, but it actually felt pretty good… like no pain at all when I woke up. Yes, my neck starts hurting again by early afternoon and kills by evening, but it’s really nice to have a little break from the pain for a few hours after I wake up. I’m also not waking up in the middle of the night because my neck hurts or having any crunching, clicking, or popping when I wake up. So far, it’s kind of a great pillow!

Very nice pillow! I don't wake up anymore with numb hands since sleeping on this pillow, side or back it works well. Same bed, different pillow. It makes a big difference. My neck doesn't hurt as often anymore either. It's so great. I highly recommend it.

I ended buying a total of 3 pillows. Initially bought one pillow. But after using it I noticed that shoulders didn’t hurt & my neck also didn’t feel kinked. I mention to my husband & told me to use it for awhile and break it in. He said that if I feel improvements, he’d consider getting one also. I bought two more: one for my husband & also one for the guest room. After having it for a few months now, I can actually say that it helps most of the time. There are times though that I still have some nights with difficulty sleeping, so I will switch off to a standard pillow. I believe it’s because, I’m a very small person in stature. Sometimes the pillow feels a little bit too high in the neck arch area. If you had made a smaller version of the same pillow, primarily for small, petite or a child size, perhaps I could actually give you a 5 stars. Overall the concept is very good. My husband sleeps well with the pillow & less apt to snore as much.

I wanted to really love this pillow but I unfortunately can’t say that I do. I have a bad neck after getting rear ended over 20 years ago. I didn’t notice any improvement from using my existing “My Pillow” to using this one. This is just an average pillow.

I tried a pillow that helped my neck pain when sleeping on my side, but this pillow does a better job. I would've awarded 5 stars instead of 5 because this pillow does not help when I'm sleeping on my back. my neck is fused in such a way that my neck stays weak and sore. I have an older pillow that helps me when I sleep on my back, I've begun using that pillow for sleeping on my back and the pillow I'm now reviewing for sleeping on my side. It is a nuisance to have to switch pillows while I'm sort of sleeping -it's much better than the pain . Pillow size is perfect I do recommend this pillow to anyone. Smell good to

Bought this on the advice of my doctor. The doctor told me it would take a few weeks to adjust to sleeping on it. They were correct. First night wonderful. Second and third nights I questioned my purchase. As I have continued to use it, it has gotten more comfortable. I would have sent it back had I not been forwarned.

I was sceptical as I am a side sleeper and have not had any luck when I have tried other basic neck pillows. This pillow however is completely different in the way it supports and cradles my neck but still allows my face to not be crushed by the pillow. Also the ear hole makes it even more comfortable. The extensions at the side of the pillow for hand rests is ingenious. Every thoughtful aspect of this pillow has been just what I have needed to aid in better sleep! Highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with finding a comfortable side sleeping position to try this.

Two bulging discs in my neck and endless problems with pillow comfort.. this works fantastically well.
