How do I know by looking at them which one is for the front running lights and which ones are the back for brake lights

When not hooked up, the outer ring of LED's is a different color than the center ones on the front LED's. There also aren't adapters to make them two wire vs three wire in the front LED bags.

My front right side turn signal running light not working-turn signals are. rear left side running light works but braking/turn doesn't. What to do?
