Audio is not working. I connected fire tv stick toy old tv, using the HDMI to RCA converter, and there is no audio. There is no way to contact seller, even after raising ticket on their website, there is no response. This is a useless product.

Bought it for connecting the hdmi to my old crt tv it was working fine for me there are not too much options in this device it is doing it's work properly video quality is okay connection was okay
