Is a beautiful statement in the room!
The Frame TVs are an awesome statement in any room you choose to install them. Picture quality is great, the matte finish makes a great difference. Picture quality for both, movies and sports, is great. Speakers are OK, if you want better sound definitely go for a soundbar. You definitely want to plan for a media box behind to make it fully flush with no cables coming out. We used the Legrand OnQ 17in successfully. Be aware with the one box cable, as there are no different lengths available for this version, and you will need to consider this for your installation. The connectors are wide and might not fit in conduit ducts for running them. Now, let's talk about the Samsung set up and interface: 3/5 stars feature. There's too much in the user interface and is very slow. After set up with the phone app, finding advanced settings in the menu is almost impossible. And some times it does weird stuff, like switching on Samsung TV channels without touching the remote control. Art: after trying the art subscription we decided there are only a few pieces of art we would like to display, and uploaded them. And definitely look for the Deco TV frames to make it look even better.

Defective TV, lesson learned to not buy high $ item on Amazon
I bought a 75" frame TV that would not turn on - on powering up the first time after mounting to the wall, the screen would turn a bluish hue, the one connect box would produce a click sound and it would repeat the power cycle over and over. Since this was a first high dollar value purchase, I was careful to ensure I bought directly through Amazon. I had bought this for a new house and was only able to mount and plug in the TV a few months after I bought it due to unexpected delays with the new home being ready to live in. I initially chose to address through Samsung who outsourced to a third party repair company. The company repair personnel came to my home and diagnosed from the blinking light code that the led screen was not functional and the TV was defective. If they were going to repair the screen, I was advised it would take long and they would have to place an order with Samsung, and I may only be getting refurbished parts. For a new TV, this was not an acceptable resolution. I was also advised that returning the TV to the store would be quicker and easier if it was an option. I did not want to deal with Samsung or their third party service providers anymore and just wanted my money back to buy a more reliable TV. Amazon would not replace the defective TV with a new one. They would only allow a return for this defective TV with a restocking fee (of $432.57) since it was outside their 30 day window. $400+ restocking fee for a fundamentally defective product that cannot be restocked in any sense of that English word is unacceptable. Even when I escalated the matter, the tone deaf response from the supervisor was that if I wanted to return, a restocking fee applies per their policy and it is automatically charged by the software system and there is no way to waive it. I was also told that she as the supervisor is the last and final point of escalation and there is no option to complain or provide feedback to Amazon (other than taking legal action). I made it clear that my intent with placing a complaint was to provide feedback for the policy applied to high $ value items. It was a rude surprise and shock that a customer service supervisor would state that there was no further opportunity for feedback so a manager at an appropriate level of authority could review the policy and determine if there was room to improve Compare this policy and customer service response to other stores e.g: Costco, which offers 2 years of additional warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty for any TV purchased at their store or their online portal. I have been an Amazon Prime Member for more than 15y and this was my first purchase of a single item exceeding USD 2000. The experience and response by Amazon was a bit of a nasty shock. I guess it was a shock because I work in management within my own organization and we have had so much internal discussion on the value of "customer obsession" and how we can incorporate into everything we do and learn from Amazon based on all that is written about the singular company value that made Jeff Bezos and the team that built Amazon succeed. We were at an impasse and I relented and said ok, can you call Samsung again so we can resolve the matter together. The supervisor placed me on hold and after a while the line disconnected. She did not call back. The lesson I have learned is that Amazon takes no responsibility for defective merchandise even when it is directly sold by them and there is no differentiation in the product warranty and return window whether it is a 20 dollar item or a TV costing several thousands. There is also no feedback mechanism to get policy issues to be considered further. I will not buy any high $ items from Amazon and offer this experience as caution to anyone considering purchasing high $ value items especially if you need greater than the standard 30 day window. Please ensure whether you have the warranty coverage you need to get a new product replacement or return and refund. Update: On the third try, I was able to get a different supervisor on the line who understood my situation and was willing to credit the restocking fee upon return so that I did not lose money over a defective product. He apologized the he could not replace with a new item on this particular TV. At least a fair resolution.

Absolutely Love these Samsung Frame TVs
I had a smaller "frame" in my hallway to display art. I recently read a blog about this 75" Frame TV on the internet and decided to take a plunge. I was absolutely delighted. Shipping was quick and the item arrived unharmed/pristine. Installation was a breeze and after connecting to soundbar through HDMI-ARC, we were up and running. in my opinion, the image quality/resolution is on par with the highest quality OLED TVs but better brightness. Blacks are perfect as well. The latest HDR stuff/Dolby Vision/Apps/Art display/etc. Price is a bit expensive but well worth it for a product of this caliber/quality. Best of all, it looks like a picture frame and will impress your guests.

GREAT TV / Artwork
This TV is the BEST! Great TV picture quality, but also is a piece of art! Until you see it you can't realize how close to a piece of art it seems to be when off.. The TV is heavier that you think, really needs 2-3 to install it properly. Take your time to mount the brackets to make sure they are in the exact correct position and level. There is only one thin (I'm guessing optical) wire that needs to go to the TV from a box that can be hid in a cabinet. No line of sight needed for the remote (I think it is on radio waves). It mounts extremely close to the wall, enhancing the piece of art look. I got the 75" version, and my son has the 65". We both love it!

Beautiful piece of wall art but kind of slow when it comes to TV functions
I bought the 75-Inch Samsung Frame TV mainly for its dual functionality. It's a beautiful piece of wall art when off and a vibrant QLED display when on and it truly delivers on the aesthetics. It looks incredible mounted flush to the wall with the slim-fit mount, and the matte, anti-reflection screen really makes the artwork pop during the day without annoying glare. The Art Mode is one of my favorite features; I can showcase my own photos or cycle through a rotating gallery of museum-quality images, and it actually fools guests into thinking it's a framed canvas. As a television, the picture quality is stunning. The QLED technology and Quantum HDR provide rich color and contrast, and 4K content looks incredibly sharp and immersive, especially at 75 inches. But I’ll be honest; the responsiveness can be hit-or-miss. Navigating menus sometimes feels sluggish, and apps don’t always launch quickly. Streaming works fine most of the time, but the Wi-Fi connection occasionally drops or buffers even though my router is close. For a smart TV in this price range, I expected a snappier interface and more stable connectivity. A word of caution: don’t lose the remote. The included SolarCell remote is sleek and minimalist, but getting a replacement is a hassle, and not all third-party options play nicely.

Beautiful TV as a mixed use device.
This looks beautiful in our family room remodel. It pairs well with the linear fireplace and Samsung soundbar. The matte screen does an excellent job and reducing glare from the large windows and skylights in the room. The previous glossy tv we had in the room was a constant battle with glare from the windows. The ability to have it auto project artwork when not in use as a tv makes it perfect for our needs. It has been commented on many times when we have guest over and it is in art mode. The tv watching part is also very good. I have no complaints about picture quality and brightness.

Don’t buy a TV from Amazon
This is the last TV I’ll ever buy from Amazon. I bought a top of the line LG in 2019 that the picture had major burn in & it looked god awful if there was any shade of red in the picture after only 3 years. LG just gave me the run around until I gave up. So at the end of last year I decided to buy a new tv & I wasn’t going with LG since I had such a poor customer service experience & the TV was crap. I chose Samsung & got the frame tv cuz they are really nice. So I’ve had this tv in use for 9 months now & it won’t even power on. 🙄 I purchased the 4yr extended warranty obv cuz of all my previous issues. But Amazon says I have to use the service, the Asurion service says I have to use the manufacturer warranty since it’s still in effect & the manufacturer says they don’t have the part, it’s on back order. So now, the TV won’t even power on AT ALL, & there is absolutely no time frame for when they can fix it… but they can’t replace it until the repair ticket is closed but the repair ticket can’t be closed until they get all the parts & attempt a repair. Run around. Again. 🙄 it’s the only TV in my house & we can’t even watch a dvd. I’m going back to Walmart. At least if they don’t help me which is like never if it didn’t even turn on, I wouldn’t be so mad about how much money I’m losing out cuz it would cost like a quarter of the price. Save your money, cuz this tv is a waste & so is Samsung.
