Very happy with the quality of this product. I highly recommend. Such a complex flavor profile when you make caramel sauce with goat milk rather than cow milk. Just the simple ingredients list and family owned make me want to support this company.

If you need a sauce for a recipe, try this caramel sauce. It is a tad pricey but the flavor is very, very good. We use it to top desserts (particularly chocolate) with a little sea salt. Recommended!

Really good flavor you can tell off the first lick it’s natural ingredients which is great honestly, however the top lid was such a hassle to open I had to use a knife to pick at it and open it and a little of hot water. Very tight but I can’t complain because it came intact which I appreciate:) thank you guys :) price is a bit much tho but I get it lol.

I came across this product years ago. it was so memorable I have continued to purchase it online. The flavor is powerful and takes you by a pleasant surprise! You can put it on anything. Seriously anything. LOL. I even drizzle some on top of my cream cheese bagels, warm and toasty. This is definitely a treat. It lasts for a wile too.

This was really good and tasted like european caramels ive had. There is a slight lingering gamey flavor you get like when you eat goat cheese but overall really good.

I have always loved cajeta. Not as grainy as I like it, but nothing can ever be like homemade. If you are curious of goat milk caramel then this will be great for you. Fat Toad Farm, in Vermont... impressed, did a great job. Packaged well and shipped promptly. Spread it on a slice of a bolillo (pretty much French bread) and enjoy. The sweetness of the cajeta and high sodium of the bread makes for a perfect combo. Also vanilla wafer cajeta sandwich is a sweet tooth delight. Fat Toad also sells a Salted Bourbon and Vanilla Bean caramel mix as well. I have not tried them, but something tells me I already know the outcomes.
