This item works really well. Just need patience as it takes time to heal and grow new nail

This is a great product. The adhesive bandage is strong enough to stay on my toe all night, even with socks on. The medicine is kept neatly under a piece of plastic that is removed just before putting it on and it works really well. I’m impressed!

If you’re wearing work boots, I’d recommend using this product while wearing boots all day at work. I noticed a big difference when I did that over wearing it all night. Nail seemed to go dry and brittle after a couple of weeks. But as I chipped away the brittle part the new nail coming in looked really good.

These stay put and are a great concept but I couldn’t tell any difference at all even after wearing every night

These work so good! Over never had a problem with toe fugues and when I took my polish off my toes and saw what was happening I freaked out. I looked up what I could make at home to help and they said to use Vicks vapor rub on the nail and it would help. So I did this daily and put a bandage on the toe so the vapor rub would stay. It was definitely helping but not enough so I ordered these and I use them day and night and boy is it making a big difference. Definitely worth the price. First pic is how it started second pic is 2 weeks of v.vapor use and the last is with using this stuff after two weeks. I let it completely dry after showering before I put on the medicated bandage. I’m very impressed and thankful it’s just about gone. December is when it started and I’ve been using this stuff for 2 weeks and like I said I’m impressed. I just keep it trimmed down so that there isn’t any of the issues left.

I’ve been dealing with a fungal infection on my big toe for a while, and I started using these Kerasal patches for 14 nights straight. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m honestly impressed. After just two weeks, I saw a visible difference as the nail looks a little lighter, less thick, and isn’t lifting as much as it used to. I took a one-week break after finishing the first round, and now I’ve started again. The patches are easy to use, stay on overnight, and don’t cause any irritation. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the patches could be a little better in size for larger nails like the big toe, and they’re a bit pricey for a short supply but they definitely work if you’re consistent. I’ll keep using them and hope for continued improvement!

Great disappointment. Had used in a couple years ago and works well and relatively fast. Don't know why it seems to be much less effective.
