Streamlight 14516 Sidewinder III Military Flashlight, Coyote

I bought this for my son, and police officer who has used Streamlight Flashlights since his military days. He uses the infrared lamp for surveillance. I use the boot light for camping. Streamlight quality is second to none.

Very bright strong clip I work in Ems and this rides on my radio strap and has gotten dirty wet dropped banged and works every time adjustable brightness is very helpful

Works perfect for what i need.

Works well for up close just don't expect it to illuminate super far. The IR illumination works well but the blue light is still visible under night vision. To my knowledge the blue setting is supposed to be visible to the naked eye and not under night vision. Maybe it only applies to older Gen? My Gen3 1900 FOM white phosphor can see the blue light at 100 yards on dimmest setting

Not over powering, dependable light source, with good, intuitive, adjustable beam functions. Very durable.

Si rendimiento es tal y como se espera la única decepción sería que anexaran un soporte para riel y casco, algo multipropósito que sirva para las dos, pero fuera de eso es excelente herramienta como militar

Um eins vorweg zu nehmen, es ist keine klassische Kopflampe. Es ist halt eine militärische Lampe, die Ausstattung sagt wohl alles. Die Qualität ist top. Die Helligkeit ist für das wozu die Lampe gemacht wurde OK. Die Bedienung ist auf "Sicherheit" getrimmt, also gegen versehentliches einschalten. Der Halteclip hat seinen Namen verdient, er hält ultra fest, für manches Kleidungsstück auf Dauer zu fest. Sprich es kann zu Schäden kommen, positiv daran, man verliert die Lampe nicht so schnell. Die Multi Batterie Tauglichkeit ist natürlich mega. Alles in allem ein top Lampe, der Preis ist das einzige wo man meckern kann, allerdings sage ich hier . Man kommt immer dass wofür man bezahlt
