does this work witht he BL Touch ?

I haven't put a bl touch on mine yet but I see no reason why it shouldn't work as a bl touch fits on the side of the fan shroud so it should work fine.

are the cables shipped with this long enough for the Ender 3 Max or will it require additional cables to work?

The cable length from the extruder is 1 metre - that should be long enough. An extension cable for the extruder motor is also supplied and is 450mm long.

is this compatible with ender 3 pro motherboard version v4.2.2

Yes it is compatible, I was running this with both my v1.1.5 and v4.2.7 boards and it was working fine on my Ender 3 Pro.

will this work for the ender 3 3d max also will it work with the cr touch well ? thanks

It definitely works with the cr touch and it should be fine for the 3d max just may need to adjust the belt tension, hope this helps
