easy install quiet and strong

Works great. Fit perfectly, a straight swap with my old motor. Install is a little involved, since you have to remove the impeller from the old motor & install on the new one. Plus of course there’s a little bit of electrical wiring to do, but that’s easy (only 3 wires). This also comes with a gasket kit that includes a couple other things you may need. If you’re a little handy & have the right tools (strap wrench highly recommended) it’s a pretty straightforward install. There a great online guide too. Motor is quiet & does it’s just job. This a great value, since my local pool store wanted like $280 for the motor & another $30-40 for the gaskets & other parts.

I had installed this pump several years ago and it performed very well. We don't have a timer on our pump and filter, so it ran almost constantly each swimming season. When it finally died this year I replaced it with the same pump. I installed it about a month ago and it's still running strong. I have been shutting it off for 6 or 7 hours a day which might help to extend its service life.

Quiet pump motor, all gaskets fit like they should.

Only complaints were that no room inside motor to work to connect wires and no instructions on which ring,seal,gasket go where. Figured it all out with help of You tube

So easy to install. I did have to purchase new motor plates because mine were "stuck" on the old motor. Great replacement.

This motor only lasted me one summer and a little into this summer already went out. And it only runs 6 hours a day in the summer months. I would recommend looking for a different motor
