Schwarzkopf Professional Igora Royal Pearlesence Hair Color, 9.5-89, Pastel Candy, 60 Gram

I'm not sure why this color isn't working for everyone else, but I've had amazing results with it. I have naturally dark brown hair, which I lift to a pale blond. Then I applied this color, mixed with the Schwarzkopf Igora Royal 20 volume developer, in a 1:1 proportion. I left it on for about 30 minutes as I didn't want my already porous hair to get oversaturated. Washed and conditioned and was left with a gorgeous color that was pretty close to sample pic. Smells so good too. One thing is that it doesn't last very long, but that's true of any pastel hair colors. They're very high maintenance and not very long lasting. My hair didn't feel brittle either since this is definitely a higher end professional color.

I've been using this color now for years. I absolutely love it. Color does not take well if you color right after you bleach, you should honestly wait at least a week. The color is lovely purple at first but it fades to a lovely pink. Also, make sure to wash your hair in cold water and use SULFATE FREE shampoos, that will expand the life of your color.

Had to go over roots twice. Even with pretty much white roots. I recommend using a protein filler first, so hair takes color more evenly. Love the color though. Only complaint is no review said this color was already a pink/purple. I bought the purple to mix a drop in. Wish I hadn't. This has enough violet in it by itself. I'd use the candy color alone next time. I have a hard time getting my roots to take any pastel color. So I'd use a darker ratio somehow or, as I did, color roots twice. If anyone has suggestions about a darker ratio with these colors, or to get more pink, feel free to reply. Thanks

Bought the developer, mixed to directions, didnt dye anything pink. It just bleeched my hair.

This dye is by far the best I have used in my hair. My natural color is a darker brown but I have a very light blonde ombre (my hair goes down to about my waist). The first time I used this, my intention was to put this color (along with Igora Royal Pearlescence Pastel Candy) on my ombre to have a purple and pink thing going on. Now, it does take to my natural color, though it is very subtle. It took so well to the blonde in my hair!! Though it was a much darker purple (at first), it faded to the pictured color after about 2 weeks or so. The second (and latest) time I used this color, I used it all on my ombre instead of doing pink and purple. If you're like me and you don't mind having exciting colors in your hair, this is the way to go. After the second time I used this, after about a month and a half it faded my blonde ombre into almost white blonde. It is so beautiful! I couldn't be any happier with this product. I'll buy it again for sure.

I'll give this 3 stars for now, because I haven't tried it yet (waiting for developer that I ordered), but the package came damaged. And the tube was leaking, too. :/ There was a glob on the side coming out and thankfully it didn't make a horrible mess everywhere. I'll be sure to update this once I actually try the product. Edit: so I lightened my hair to platinum and then used this hair color with developer and um... I don't know what I did wrong. Some of my roots are pink but everywhere else on my head is still light blonde. I'll wait a few days and try again but I'm not impressed, especially because I just damaged the heck out of my hair. Edit 2: I tried this again, same results. Pink roots in the front, rest of my head perfectly normal light blonde. Used developer 20 and that's what happened. Throwing it in the garbage.

I've read that schwarzkopf hair color is pretty reputable and i'm in love with the color variations they offer so I thought i would give them a try. I normally use wella products and i've tried clairol (i did not like them). Initially the color was beautiful. However they wash out really quickly which i never experienced before. Usually my wella demi-permanents last 8 weeks before i feel like i should refresh the color. These PERMANENT colors last all of 2 weeks. At 3 weeks it's so faded that the color looks completely off. I want to love it but i can't redye my hair every two weeks. I've tried several different colors and they all fade.

So I ordered these a while ago and just repurchased because I felt like having pink hair again. These are some of my favorite colors, but you do have to know how to mix them. For a true bubblegum pink I have found that 1 tube of Candy pink to 1/4 tube of magenta gets the best results. I think if you have platinum hair the lighter colors will show on their own, but if you can only get your hair lifted to blonde blonde I would suggest mixing the colors to get the desired effect.

Horrible. Put it in, waited 30-45 minutes and it completely washed out. Not even a hint of colour was absorbed in hair.

Tras decorar el cabello (casi blanco) he aplicado este tinte con emulsión de 10vol y lo he dejado 5-10 minutos. El resultado no ha podido sorprenderme más. Además la tonalidad verde-azul que aún quedaba tras la decoloración de un tinte fantasía turquesa se ha matizado a gris plata. Perfecto para toner si tenéis restos azulados o verdosos.
