I doubt it. Should be a smooth surface.

What kind of batteries and are they replaceable?

These cheap junks are made to be disposable. You're lucky if you get 1.5 years out of them. Forget about replacing the battery as most are soldered in. They are bad for the environment.

How many “Lumens” on full or dim brightness?

I don’t know about the linens but I can tell you that they are so bright you can hardly stare at them!
