I have really dry skin and I’ve tried so many concealers and they are not friendly on my skin. This concealer is so amazing and hydrating. Goes on so smooth and soft. Only downfall is the lid always comes off in my makeup bag. I have to use a hair tie to keep it closed and not get all over my other makeup.

UPDATE to original review: So I decided I do love this! It's not this that was breaking me out, it was the powder. So I've continued to use it and it works very well. I still wish it was a little more concealing but for the price, moisturizing ability and no caring and fare amount of coverage it is definitely worth it. I might try a shade lighter/darker and see if that provides a little more coverage 🤔 . Overall very happy with it. Original review: At first i really liked this because it is extremely moisturizing! Which is awesome because I have very dry skin and especially for under the eye concealing. It doesn't cake and goes on smooth. It is a little sheer so it doesn't perfectly cover my dark circles but it definitely helps. The reason I'm still not sure is because I don't have real sensitive skin but after using this a few times, I've started breaking out a little bit. Under my eye and on my face some. Very unusual for me. I did also try out a new powder as well but I don't think I put that under my eye at all so I was thinking it must be this....but maybe some of the powder got there when I was in a hurry getting ready. I don't know....so the jury is still out. Will update if I find out for sure this is breaking me out

This is a very creamy and hydrating concealer, good to try if you have dry under eye skin. On acne prone or oily skin this would be too much. Even me, with combination skin, can apply it only to cover my dark circles. It's definitely a lightweight formula, but it's too creamy and does have a slight `grease`. On me this creases less under eye than other concealers (creasing being a big issue for me with most products). It's quite hydrating so it leaves the skin smooth. The coverage is light to medium (does not cover entirely my dark circles). You can build a second layer with this, but trying to build the coverage more just makes the whole look cakey. As many other drugstore products, shades are very dark and not true to name. I have light-medium skin tone and got the `Light` shade in this concealer; the `Light` shade it's definitely a medium. To get a more illuminating effect I definitely would need the `Fair` shade.

This performs exactly as advertised, it leaves your skin hydrated and minimizes imperfections. I bought the shade fair and its light enough to give a bit of brightening to my light complexion. I was really pleasantly surprised at how well this melds into the skin, it's so natural looking, not something I used to in a concealer. This really is the perfect concealer especially for days I don't feel like going full glam. It's important to note that this is A hydrating concealer that minimizes....it is NOT full coverage, nor does it claim to be. I have normal/dry skin and have found this to be amazingly hydrating without looking oily or greasy. I have slight discoloration (purple) towards my inner eyes, not so severe that I need to color correct or anything, I've found this provides adequate coverage for what I need to conceal & brighten. I purchased the lightest shade hoping it would be light enough to provide a subtitle highlighted (brightening) effect on my light complexion. I also have fine lines, normally most concealers just make them look more noticeable however with the hydration this gives I've found my lines are less noticeable. I really am impressed with this concealer, I'm excited to try the other new hydrating products I've seen released in this line.

I’m like others who have left reviews. We all notice that the lid does not stay attached. I read those reviews before I got this item so I keep my concealer (with the lid attached) in the plastic packaging it came in so it stays secure. The concealer itself is hydrating and doesn’t dry my skin out. The texture is soft and smooth with no rough bit in it. It’s effective at hydrating under my eyes and halfway effective at covering my dark circles under my eyes. I can’t say if it’s blendable because I don’t wear foundation but it blends well with my leave on exfoliant, serum, face lotion and sunscreen. It’s a hard question to answer if it is a good value for the money because the lid doesn’t stay on and the concealer could be ruined, along with other items where you keep the concealer. So I’m going to have to say it’s not a good value for the money you pay for this item. If you keep the concealer protected such as on your counter and not a makeup bag, then it would be a good value for the money paid for this concealer. If you can keep this concealer in a protected place, I would recommend it. 3.75 stars.

I was a ride or die for Benifit's Fake-Up concealer, that became Boi-ing Hydrating Consealer. Then the unthinkable happened, it disappeared from shelves and websites. I was DEVISTATED! I have tried probably 50 to 70 diffrent consealers since. Some worked okay, but none as amazing as my long lost love.See I am no spring chicken, and well anything to heavy sets in those lines, while some others are just too darn dry and make me look cakes and GASP, tired! When I was ordering the stand-in (good but not perfect). I decided to look for a hydrating concealer in my search. When this beauty popped up I was cautiously optimistic. Could it be? Had my consealer dreams finally come to pass? Well, it was sitting on my front porch when I arrived home this afternoon. I ripped that amazon package up with the greatest of gusto, and moments later I was at the hall mirror slathering this consealer under my way to tired eyes. Holy Freaking Cow!!! I just hit the consealer jackpot, it is so much like my long lost love, my best consealer friend that I had all but given up on finding a replacement for. This is it, the memories had of long lost consealed and not dry, cakey, or tired under-eyes. I sat for a time thinking it is to good to be true, it will probably oxidize or something to dash my hopes and dreams to the ground and crush it under the weight of long lost yesteryears. But no, the hours rolled on and the thrill increased. Yes it is true I have found my darling Fake-Ups little sister. It is a little diffrent true, but so close it could be it's twin. I immediately came back here to order more ( may I never be parted for this concealer, like I was my other). Not only is this product right in all the physical ways that are important, it is right in the pocket too. No not the pool type pocket, but my real pocket where I keep my money. And well even at a higher price point they have me for life! Hopefully this product will be around as long as I still draw breath, because going back, well it is just to painful to contemplate.

Best eye concealer—- I prefer this brand over high-end cosmetic brands. Glides on easily; light weight; conceals flaws beautifully and very reasonable price. Value for money: Fantastic Foundation quality: Light weight- with skin tone options
