Is this the price for 1 or 2?

The price is for both left and right.

Would it fit a 2004 H2?

Not sure of the 2004 but my 2008 has a flange on the Cover that wraps a inch or two over the Door trim.. This product DOES NOT have that flange. In addition it does not have any rubber seals that are needed, also it is Hollow?? has no insert of any kind.. I was only able to find the correct part on the GM site #19120872 (Right Side)

Are they availible in black?
