Great salt content ( Sodium and Potassium), B vitamins and magnesium at a good price There's nothing else to ask for. I use these salt tablets during >2hr runs and >3hr rides or whenever cramp starts teasing. I think they work well and will always buy this brand. The only complaint (insignificant) is that with the filller, when the capsule is opened and mixed in a drink, the contents doesn't dissolve thoroughly.
