What a waste of money and waste of hope and waste of time. I don't know for what they sell this product, it could be everything except to sleep. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT! I have insomnia since more than 3 years and this product doesn't help at all!!!!!

To be honest, i have been taking the pills every night for 2 weeks, and started to wake up more at night 😂.

This thing is great. My child was having interrupted sleep, waking up 4-6 times per night. Starting giving these before bed time ans also 5 pellets of Coffea Cruda after dinner. (Coffea Cruda C30 or C6 from boiron or Oolois brand - it helps calm down the brain, specially at night for people who keep thinking and can't fall asleep because of that. My mom used to give it to us when we were babies). Well, going back to the review: In about 2-3 nights after starting this pills, my child started sleeping better, falling asleep faster and not waking up at night. I also gave to a friend whose son had very dark under eyes circles, and the boy told me latter he was sleeping much better after the pills. For me, personally, the pills helped reduce the time I would wake up: from 12+ times per night to 6-8 times. Then I started also using red lights around the house about 1h before bed time, and also helped tremendously. It's natural and safe. Recommend to everybody who has children who can't sleep well.

Often I wake up during the night and have trouble getting back to sleep. I keep these tablets on my nightstand and put 3 under my tongue & that usually helps get me back to sleep in about 15 minutes. Sometimes nothing works as probably most of you have experienced or you would not be reading reviews of this sleep aid product!! The directions say to use 2 tablets, but I’ve found 3 works better for me. No side effects or complications. I don’t want to have to take sleep tablets with water in the middle of the night, and since these dissolve in your mouth, no water is need. I use other products by this brand and especially like the “Cold Calm” tablets which do work IF you catch the onset of a cold quickly at the very first signs.

I’ve tried tea and other natural supplements to try and help my sleep issues. When I tried melatonin before I was completely wired all night- didn’t sleep. So I moved to other herbals. 2 of these and I am sleepy when I’m supposed to be. Fall asleep easier. Don’t wake up as much. and if I do, I feel capable of falling back asleep. Highly recommend as an alternative when it seems other things don’t work.

I have been using these for more than a year, and although they are not magic pills, they help me fall asleep faster if I take them about 20 minutes before I go to bed.

I I love that this product is homeopathic. I have been a follower and user of homeopathic "alternative medicine" for many years. Sometimes when I am trying to fall asleep I am mystified why I'm not getting to sleep. Then I remember, I forgot to take my SLEEP/CALM. It is so reassuring to know that it is there, at my bedside. I am always careful to have it on hand. I usually take four tablets under the tongue at night and can't even say when I fall off to sleep, it is so quick and "natural". Occasionally I might wake up in the middle of the night and I will take four more under the tongue. Now I can be sure I will be rested and "ready to go" the next day! With homeopathic, you don't have to worry about the benefits wearing off over time. You don't have to worry that your body will "get used to it" and you will have to find something else that works. That is only one of the many ways homeopathic is different from conventional medicine. You guessed it: I will continue to stay with this product!
