I'm no computer whiz but this is a really great program at an unbelievable price. It was a great buy for me.

I tried to install it & it wouldn't work: I emailed support, they gave me a new link to try: it didn't work. Then a brand new "cleaning" program showed up on my screen, I thought I'll do it later. I emailed support again: they gave me another link. Then I was unable to do anything on my computer because the "cleaning" program was stuck on the screen. I called a computer repair guy, he said to immediately unplug from the internet, change all of my passwords using my phone, & bring him the computer so he could remove all of my data from the computer, because this was malware (a virus) & that if I continued on, they likely would send a ransom notice for me to get back all of my data. He said I should buy a new computer because it's practically impossible to remove all of the virus, & likely the next time I went on my computer, it would activate the virus & I'd have the same thing happen. I did all that & now I have a new computer. The new computer & the work that the repairman did cost me money I don't have, but I had to do it because I do bookkeeping, & there would be no other way to continue working. Of the $20+ I spent on the program, Amazon refunded me $16. I also told them what happened & that they should immediately remove this item from their website, and now I see that they have not. If Jeff Bezos can spend billions of dollars to fly his friends on a joy ride in Earth's outer atmosphere, surely he can afford to spend a million or 2 to insure that the products that they sell are safe.

Easy to install. Follow directions closely and you'll be able to easily update your work from MS Word. It does exactly what it claims. I'm a happy camper.

This office program works great! I was pleasantly surprised because I wasn't sure what to expect since the cost of it was not pricey at all. It was easy to install and it's very user friendly. It saved me quite a bit of money had I bought the more pricey word programs, I was glad I saw this one. I'm noticing RIGHT NOW that the price of it has gone down since I bought it, I did buy it a while back ago, I just forgot to write a review on it, but it's fine, I still feel I got a very good deal on it. I'm super happy with it, it does the job.

The program is okay, not terrific, in the way it functions, but every day or two it loses the last hours of work, or pages of material (once about 20 pages!) and says it has to go through a recovery process, but it doesn't recover what it lost. I've started saving and closing the file, and then reopening every ten or fifteen minutes, which is a pain, and I still lost some material.

Husband's Acer laptop bit the dust and couldn't be fixed . Bought a new HP all in one. Installed the backed up hard drive documents to the HP and of course HP comes with a trial version of Word which is used with One Edge. Documents would open up and then close right away. Installed our licensed authentic 2002 Word program and it installed fine with the key code, but documents would still open up and close right away. (OK, it's old but it was $150.00 back then and it works great ). Took awhile but finally figured out how to uninstall trial version of Word. Having never heard of One drive, this was all new to me/us, and it and it's use it not made clear through the set up process. Of course these new computers come with no manual. You are left to figure it out on your own or call in for help. But finally figured out after a lot of searching that this was the culprit. Figured out how to disableOne drive. This has been a lot of frustrating totally unnecessary work. Exhausting. There was a lot more work and searching, that I am not including here. Takes all of the fun getting a new computer. After searching Amazon for a solution, found this program and read the recent reviews and ordered one. While installation was somewhat confusing, we got it loaded and have it on the desktop for easy access. Works like a breeze. Word documents open up just fine and we can work on them and save them, rename them, create new ones. Buy this if your word documents won't open up.

Excelente. Tenía mis dudas antes de comprarlo pero me decidí a probarlo y ahora estoy muy contento. Antes uno podía ir a la tienda y comprar un disco (CD ROM) con un paquete de software para trabajo de oficina, y una vez que lo comprabas ERA TUYO y podías instalarlo y desinstalarlo en cualquiera de tus computadoras y usarlo por el tiempo que uno quisiera sin tener que estar cautivo pagándole renta a la empresa creadora del software, como hacen hoy en día, y que es un abuso sin medida. Con este software recupera uno su capacidad de COMPRA y USO sin estar pagando mes con mes por toda la eternidad. Se puede instalar en varios idiomas y su uso es muy amigable, y es compatible con Word. Recomiendo instalarlo desconectado de internet y evitar ingerencias indebidas de las intrusivas ventanas. Lo recomiendo totalmente

No funciona para nada es una muy mala compra para su propósito.
