I've used them at work, in my hotel room, in my living room. Pop in my airpods, turn up on the TV, and go to town. I have six exercises I use with these, using all of the bands in succession. I have a torn rotator cuff, so I need to keep my shoulders strong. These let me do that with a better freedom of motion than machines, and without worrying about hurting myself using free weights. I like the smooth loading imparte3d by the elastic, and that it all packs into a bag smaller than a bag of microwave popcorn. They take up no space in my suitcase. I use them at least four times a week if I'm not going to the gym.

Excelente calidad y resistencia a diferentes ejercicios

Just got these after my last one snapped. Only used the heaviest one so far but it seems to be well made. Hopefully it lasts a long time

الصراحة جيدة جداً مقابل الجودة والسعر، المقاومة تؤدي الغرض وتتحمل الإستخدام المطول ما راح أحتاج أشتري الوزن الأكبر، إن رغبت بزيادة المقاومة كل اللي أحتاجه إني أسفطها السلبية أنها أول ما وصلتني كانت وكأنها مغطاه بمادة سائلة دبقة من نفس المصنع، وهذي المادة تجمع الأوصاخ بسهولة

Fairly disappointing as the elasticity of the bands was very limited: once stretched beyond a few inches, the elasticity is gone..

Perfect for my workouts. I'd like a purple one that's tighter, it's a bit soft.
