Does the locking method ever fail and accidentally discharge?

In my opinion the red tab slides too easily into the fire position. I would never put this one in my pocket. The pepper sprays with the flip top safety cap than you lift up are a lot safer against accidental discharge.

Amazon shipped it to me in CA but I have tried to place other orders for SABRE and got this message. It has been hit or miss. You can order directly from SABRE and they will ship it to you. It's legal if it holds no more than 2.5 ounces and is marked for self defense. I believe this is an issue with the shipper or method of shipment.

The 0.75 ounces also converts to 22 ml - which is useful to know when checking the laws of other countries.
