Great for improving mental calculation.
I purchased this to use in my primary classroom as a fun way to build mental calculation strategies. With a few different levels it can be used with a range of abilities and primary ages and it has proved to be quite popular with the children. Easy to understand and easy to set up and play at speed. Bright colours make it appealing and it is a decent price too. I have recommended this to other teacher friends and parents.

Good game, useful for improving mathematical skills
Bought for my niece who loves maths. Played the card game and the computer version. Fun game (although expensive). Love how the game can be adapted for players with different mathematical abilities. If needed, a whiteboard and pen can also be used alongside to help with reaching the solutions.

We got this in order to help improve our child’s mental arithmetic, and it has quickly become a favourite game. It’s fun for all the family as you can play varying different levels of difficulty at the same time.

I bought this for my seven year old grandson. The game is really well thought out. 1. There are cards with numbers around the outside of a card, with number in the middle that you have to match, by doing add or subtractions. (Multiply and dividing can also be used.) 2. The game is played on different levels, so that a child can play the game with an adult. 3. If the child is a level one player, than there are two outside numbers that can be subtracted to get the inside number. If the adult is playing at level 3 or 4 or higher then he/she must use 3 or 4 equations or higher to get the inside number. 4. Once the player thinks he/she has the answer, they say "Adsumudi" and if they are right they take the card. 5. Once a player has 5 cards the game is over. I made two changes to the game. Instead of saying "Adsumudi", we say "eureka", and if your equations is wrong, you lose a card. My grandson generally beats me, but he is a wiz. and we both play at level 3.

I bought this to use in my math class lessons and have found so many fun ways to use it! You can give one card to each group of students, play the game with a small group, or use it as a 1 on 1 assessment. There are many cards included, so there’s lots of ways you can use it in class. Fun way to challenge student’s mathematical thinking!
