Perfect for small loads when you’re not in a rush
I bought this to fit in a small space at my restaurant for daily towel and apron washing. It’s very compact and could fit underneath a prep table like I planned, but instead I squeezed it into the dish washing area. The wash cycles table a normal amount of time, and wash just as well as a regular machine. And the dry cycle as expected takes several hours. But at the electrical output of a hairdryer, that is normal. It took me a little bit to figure out how to set it to wash and dry all in one cycle because the instructions are unclear, but once I did it was perfect for a load of towels. The problem with it being ventless is that the lint was left behind all around the seal. And when it’s dry, it sticks to the silicone gasket pretty well. So that takes a little cleaning after every load. It’s super quiet, and does not shake at all like some people report. YOU MUST REMOVE THE SHIPPING BOLTS IN THE BACK BEFORE USE. There was cosmetic damage when I opened the box, and I didn’t want to wait for another delivery. So Amazon compensated me for it and it doesn’t seem to have affected the performance at all. So if that bothers you, check inside before the delivery folks leave.

what is important to know!
I am so sorry that I purchased this machine! It shakes like crazy when it spins!!! Doesn't dry well. Doesn't fit a lot of clothes. And it takes forever, Maybe when someone will perfect the machine will be awesome.

Worked for one year then randomly leaked bigtime
I've had this product for almost 1 month. This is a great washing machine and a terrific deal to get a combo. I had to have assistance which I had to pay for in order to get it down to where it needed to go. That cost me about $175. Mine had to go down a very steep narrow small staircase into a basement and since this weighs 165 lb there was no way for me to do that on my own. This washing machine comes with everything it needs. You might want to make sure that you know which is your hot and cold before you connect them. I mix the two up and had to redo them which was not a big deal. These are very easy to connect and set up. I really appreciated how easy it was to set it up by myself because this is the first time I've ever done it. The directions are clear and well written. There was a couple of translations that made you reason eyebrow but overall this is very straight forward and easy for a first-timer. As you can see in the picture I chose to leave mine on the floor because when my last machine leaked I didn't want to have to deal with any issues in the future if this one should leak. It can just go into my drain. It's not the end of the world to bend over to get the laundry basket either. I consider that exercise but if you have a different ability you may want to choose to get some kind of riser stand for your machine because it is very low. I love the sounds. The chimes are great and the washer is very quiet. I hear more noise from the water going down the drain then the device itself. That could be different if it's spinning heavy but I typically use the medium spin and it gets out all the water that I need. The machine appears durable and level. This is a sturdy and likely long-lasting piece of equipment for your home. The height is just right to double as a folding place and there's any number of laundry organizers you can get or laundry rugs to make this even more appealing to do laundry. I have used the dry feature and was surprised because it actually works! I am not sure how and I should probably know or read about it but I didn't. The items that we tried turned out perfect. I'm not sure if there's a setting to continue from Washing to drying but when we do it we just start a new code to get it drying. Also I typically do not use the dryer feature because when I bought this I thought about how I might be able to offset our economies inflation by doing air drying. Also as you can see in the photo I have added a mini dryer that is compact and looks terrific! That is because I wanted to be able to wash and dry at the same time because my children will be teenagers and I'm sure there will be fights over laundry or something needs to be dried faster than what a combo dryer does. No kidding it can take 4 hours to try a pair of pants! Like I said there's a lot to be read still about if this is an economic setup or not and actually saves water or utilities. I know it doesn't save time. So overall costs included for me an additional mini dryer a silicone separator between the dryer and washer in case something gets too hot or wet hopefully that'll protect it. I also purchased one and already had to laundry drying racks that are very large and can fit sheets blankets or a lot of clothing. I already had all the other general supplies. The one thing I noticed that was not really intuitive to me was that there is actually new washer water intake hoses and directions inside of the door! Yes I was not expecting that and put it together and then found it as I was taking off the plastic pieces of tape. So don't do it like I did. I also found an online manual so it wasn't that big of a deal. Another question I have is about the lint trap for this especially if it's a dryer or being used as such. I didn't see something really obvious there. Well I've been using it for a few weeks it's been turning out great easy to get the work done on a weekend for a family a small one at least and it's super good looking and easy to use. I've also included a video of my two machines running at one time. My dryer is a euhomy 1.5. Updates: 1/3/26: Morning I woke up to the machine leaking pictures are attached and it is highly likely I will have to buy a new washing machine already within a year. I will update if I can resolve this issue or have to purchase a new washing machine. When looking at this one and in review it's a pretty good machine. But if the machine only lasts for one year that is not a good use of money. I put in a request to the company I do recommend getting it under warranty due to the limited availability of that. Mine is still under warranty till the end of this month so we'll see what the company says and I may adjust my review based on that response. This item cost over $1,000 and should last longer than a year. Also I do not prefer the dry function I do hang drying because there's too much lint and debris left inside if you dry it in the combo. Mine is only lightly used and to be having this kind of problems makes me worry about the machine durability for longer term. Update: I have marked it down to one star because I been trying for the past month to get the company to honor their warranty after just under a year my machine sprung a leak at the top of the appliance, on both sides. This lack of follow up to a warranty despite promises in emails to find someone within 3 days is disappointing. I am reflecting the purchase of a smaller portable machine for less money is my advice, due to the fact that this is over $1000 and they have yet to honor their warranty. Update 1/20/26: the service was not sending someone out fast enough so I had ended up having to purchase a backup machine not wanting to have any issues of spillage with this one. I also purchased a separate dryer to make it work. Finally on Thursday last week the technician company contacted me to schedule. They were flexible and they were early on the day today that the appointment was. Their service was absolutely great but they couldn't find anything wrong with it. In a discussion with the technician I believe that I had put in too much soap with the last load. I was watching a video and wasn't watching the amount of soap I put in so I put in too much. I am thinking this is what the issue was because when he ran through all the diagnostics he could not replicate a leak though he said that there was a bunch of suds in the line. For now we're going to continue to try and use this it's under warranty for another few days and as far as we're concerned this machine should be operating well unless there is a user error of putting in too much soap. That is what my assumption is for right now and I will continue to monitor the issue. I raised the stars because of the response was outstanding. I appreciate that the company was willing to put everything together quickly when asked because it does create problems in anyone's household when you have to by duplicate machines or take laundry out to a coin-op when the laundry machine is down. And to be fair I only try to run a second load after the other load so within an hour. That was when I saw the leaking happening. Since then it's been off for 3 weeks with no water in it and it has not leaked obviously during that time. And it did not leak with today's technician visit. If it doesn't end up leaking again I will update this yet again. I'm going to leave the old text so that you can see the journey and decide for yourself if this is a product you would like to have in your household.

I'm humble enough to know I'm blessed
It's working great , washes clothes really well. 2 small issues with drying but one of them is my fault because I thought this had a vented option but there is no vent connection in the back at all. Other issue is actual dry time but considering we used to wash clothes on a clothesline this is actually a good buy for 1 to 2 loads a day for both washing and drying. If someone stays home all day than it can do up to 4 loads. I'm just grateful that it works and I'm not going to a laundry mat every weekend

Compact Cutie
I was researching compact washer/dryers to go in my home, a converted school bus. This was the third contender when compared with the popular GE and the LG models. This combo has a smaller physical footprint (every bit of my space is valuable) and a larger drum (2.7 cuft vs 2.4) to make the most of all of my water, electricity, and space. It is fairly lightweight too, at around 170 pounds. I have done about 10 loads with it so far and everything is functioning as expected. I have driven it around many miles on rough roads with no changes to its performance. I have it strapped down to the frame of my bus and I have it sitting on anti-vibration pads. The noise and shake is much less impactful than I thought it would be. I can do a full load of laundry without worry about leaving or putting on my noise-cancelling headphones. I spray painted all of the lines so it would blend in with my wall. I am really happy with this purchase.

E21 Error already
Always had trouble drying after six months of ownership. After only a year and a half of ownership, the pump is already having issues. Continuous E21 error message and drying not working at all as the water isn't pumping correctly. After only a year and a half, that's ridiculous. I can't say I can recommend at this point unless the company can resolve the issue.

Shakes quite a bit and takes a long time to dry anything 3 to 4 hours specifically
Shakes quite a bit, definitely gets the job done, we put it in our camp trailer. Just takes about four hour to dry a load
