Great eye mask and excellent customer service. I’m very happy with this heated eye mask. It’s comfortable and soothing (great for my dry eye and meibomian glands). It does a great job providing gentle warmth and relaxation. I would definitely recommend. The control switch is easy to use. You can set the desired time and level of heat and it shuts off automatically when the time is up. Comes with a year warranty. My control switch stopped working after 10 months. I contacted customer service and they sent me a brand new which I received within 3 days. It’s nice to know that a company stands behind its product and takes care of their customers. I was very impressed with how helpful and fast they responded. I’m very happy with my experience. I give this a 5 star even though the control switch stopped working after 10 months. I have used three of the Wizard Research electric heated dry eye masks to alleviate the suffering of my dry eye. I have worn out two of them. They are very easy to use, comfortable, adjustable for size and heat temperature. I had a problem with one of the masks, and upon contacting Wizard Research Customer Service, they immediately sent me a new one. I highly recommend this product for relief of dry eye.

I ordered this heated eye mask at the suggestion of my eye dr to help with styes. It is very convenient and can come anywhere with me since it is electric (I used to have to heat up a sock filled with rice in the microwave so this is MUCH more travel friendly!). I love the timer function (can be set for 8 or 10 minute increments) and that you can choose the heat level to suit what’s comfortable for you. It comes in a nice sturdy box for storing the mask when not in use and has a cover for it that can be hand washed to keep it clean and sanitary. Overall the mask is very comfortable and soft and has an adjustable elastic headband for the perfect fit. The only one tiny thing I noticed with mine which knocked it down to 4 stars is that the left side of my mask feels like it gets hotter than the right side but just slightly (that could also just be me). I’ve been using this product for just about a month and I would recommend it and would buy it again!

I like a lot of the features of this heated eye mask. It plugs into my alarm clock with a USB cord. It can plug in to an electrical outlet as well. I’ve tried cordless eye masks but none held a charge for more than about 3 days so you’re constantly having to charge them. So I went back to a corded mask. The mask heats up quickly and has a number of heat settings. Temperature setting 2 or 3 is plenty warm for my eyes. When you press the power button it’s set for 10 minutes, which is just where I want it, so that’s easy. You can adjust the amount of time but I don’t need more than 10 minutes so I haven’t experimented with that. The mask is made of soft fabric and is comfortable to wear. The instructions include helpful information about lid hygiene and steps for expressing the oils from your eyelids after using the mask. The first night I used it, there was a beep at the end of the cycle that startled me and was loud enough to wake my partner. I was glad to find out that I could turn off the beep - but unfortunately it doesn’t stay turned off. I have to do a 5-second press on the controller to turn off the sound every single time I use the mask. The beep is so unnecessary - the heat turns off automatically at the end of the cycle, and you can feel when it’s not heating. The annoying beep is the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise it’s a 5-star product in my opinion. Update 12/27/25: I turned on the unit this morning and it flashed all 8’s on the display and immediately turned off. Over and over again. It just quit working - after about 10 days of light use. We’re suddenly down to one star. I was willing to put up with the beep to have a reliable heated eye mask but I guess I’ll start looking for another brand - again. I had high hopes for this one.

I received mine today and tried it out for 10 minutes. Here are my initial thoughts. 1. Good packaging and manual, everything you need is in the box. 2. There is an outer sleeve included that you place over the unit so that it can be removed and washed. The unit itself can only be cleaned by hand and not be immersed. I did not see this outer sleeve mentioned in the product description. 3. The heat is not distributed evenly across each eye, so you need to watch for spots that are hotter than others. 4. I read several reviews saying the unit stopped working after a few days or months. The instruction pamphlet clearly states the unit has a maximum serviceability life of 18 months. So basically the company admits it most likely will not last more than 1.5 years. That seems rather short for a product that sells for $100 without discounts. I don't see this mentioned in the description. Had I known this, I may not have ordered it and am considering returning it and just getting microwavable eye compresses for 1/4 of the price of these.

I have been looking for an electric dry eye mask for a few years now, but hadn't found something that I thought could replace the ones that had to be microwaved. I wanted something that would be warm enough and which would fit effectively over the eyes without being oversized. I also badly wanted something that would fit into my lifestyle better that having to go at night downstairs to the microwave to heat up the mask, or to go without the treatment every night I wasn't at home. I certainly found that in the Wizard Eye Mask! It fits perfectly over my eyes and is warm enough to do the job of helping soften clogged meibomian glands. The programmer is easy to use but very effective in adjusting the temperature setting and adding time to the program. I found it very safe to even sleep in it, as it was very soothing to use. This mask also encourages me to use it more often, and I am sure my eye doctor with see a difference in my dry eyes because of the greater frequency of use. I am so very happy to have found this mask which has been scientifically developed to specifically treat dry eyes, and which makes treating them so much easier. It can be taken everywhere, and is small enough to go in a purse or laptop case. The mask is very well made and professional. I am eager to show it to my eye doctor, as he is always open to discover what will help his patients. I have tried 3 other devices for my dry eyes. This one has been the absolute best by far. I have not needed my eye drops in the middle is the night. It’s super easy to use, gets hot within a minute and shuts off automatically after 10 minutes. I recommend this to anyone suffering from Dry Eye.

So far so good. I tried three other brands, including Bruder, which burned in the microwave after just a few weeks, before deciding to try the most expensive, high-end product in the the hope that the quality would be better and that it would be worth the price. A bit nervous because there have been some negative reviews, but so far I'm loving it. There is conflicting information about the warranty on the Amazon site, but hopefully any problems will be dealt with by the company. Doesn't need charging. I just leave it on the table next to my couch, and twice a day I just put on the mask, turn it on at the 8 setting, and relax for ten minutes. It then turns itself off automatically. Just what I needed to ease my dry eyes twice a day.

This product worked great for my dry eyes. Best product out there as it only takes 10 minutes to get relief. The only problem is that it stopped working after about 6 months. There is something wrong with the electrical components of this mask and I wish they would fix this problem.

Works great. I like the "08" heat setting. Provides ten+ minutes of steady heat.
