The "specific contents" can be found at the manufacturers website. This is an exceptional company as far as quality. If you do not have extensive experience with chinese formulas, knowing the contents won't help you, as it is not just the herbs, but the specific quantities of each one. They are very safe and very powerful-there are no comparable western formulas, and "health food" store products are a waste. This is a great overall formula. Combine with "shou wu formulation", 3x3 per day of each to restore yourself.
