I love this pillow. It has solved my neck pain and I'm getting the best sleep ever. The pillow height is perfect and the shape cradles my head the way it should. I never have to wake up at night and reposition it since the density holds its shape, yet it's soft at the same time. I tried a few before I found this one and I knew as soon as I unpacked it I had a winner. It didn't keep a strange crease down the middle like so many of them do after shipping, but most importantly it had zero odor. When we went on vacation I brought it with me because I knew I wasn't going to sleep the same without it. I bought the pillow last November, and after several months of use, it's still like new. The best thing about the pillow is it resolved my neck pain. I'm still rather young, but not as young as I used to be. I kept waking up with awful neck pain and at one point, I couldn't even turn my head. My Doctor told me I needed to switch my pillow because, after an MRI, they couldn't see any cause for concern. So, as I said earlier, I tried a few. They were either, too hard, too tall, too soft, an odd shape, etc... Then I found this one and it turned out to be perfect. My neck pain has totally resolved itself. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. Also, when I lay in bed at night and watch TV, the pillow props up nicely and gives enough support for me to see the TV comfortably. Lastly, for us side sleepers who want to put an arm underneath the pillow, it works wonderfully for that as well. I've found myself perfectly comfortable going from my back to my side. I highly recommend this pillow, and if you've already tried multiple memory foam pillows and none of them satisfied, get this pillow! You won't regret it!

Sleep quality: I have not noticed a change in the quality of my sleep with this pillow. I do have a preschooler who tends to wander into bed with my husband & I in the early morning hours and he does acrobatics in his sleep so that may be the main factor. Support: this pillow provides the perfect amount of support. It is very comfortable to lay on, especially in side-lay or back-lay position. I am a natural stomach sleeper and although the pillow still provides support on my stomach, I think it works best when I lay on my side. I have been trying to switch to side sleeping to get the most benefit from this pillow. Pain relief: this pillow was a gift from my husband after I was having neck & shoulder pain, which I suspected was caused by how I was laying on conventional pillows. I still get some pain (less than usual though) if I lay on my stomach with this pillow. However, if I sleep on my side with this pillow, I wake up literally pain-free. I have tried sleeping on my side with conventional pillows & still had pain so I know it is the pillow & not the position that is causing relief. This is why I'm trying to switch to side sleeping with this pillow! (Experts say it's the best position ergonomically anyway.) I'm very happy with this pillow. It's super supportive and comfortable and relieves my pain completely if I sleep on my side. It had no weird odor or anything when I took it out of the packaging. I'd recommend it!

I love this pillow! I've tried several different brands of neck support pillows that have had varying shapes. None have given me the support that this one does, while sleeping on the my back and on my side. Great neck support in either sleeping position. Has really helped me with neck pain and head aches associated with neck issues. 4 of the 6 discs in my neck have been surgically fused. This has been the best pillow I have found. I highly recommend.

I sleep on my back sometimes, and sometimes on my side. I was waking up with a stiff neck, so time for a new pillow. After research (how many listings does Amazon have for pillows?), I ordered this in the Queen size. After the first night, my neck and shoulders didn't hurt. Really. After about a week, the pillow did seem a little stiff for side sleeping. The pillow has a small, removable oval of foam on the back side, which I removed according to instructions that came with it. The neck support was softer after that, and I am very pleased with the pillow. There is a travel size that is intriguing (avoid huge, hard hotel pillows). It might be suitable if you had the luggage space, but not for traveling with a backpack or carry-on. Anyway. This pillow has made my sleep better and I'd buy it again.

I bought this pillow in 2022 at the recommendation of a physical therapist. I removed the insert, but the pillow still angles my head. I have found it to be helpful sometimes, but I usually just go back to my feather pillow instead. It's not a bad pillow, and the quality seems nice, but it didn't make a lot of difference for me. Another PT once commented that I have a short neck, so maybe that's why my experience was not like the other reviews.

I had looked at other, more expensive, memory foam pillows. Based on the reviews for this pillow, and the feedback that it had no chemical smell (which it doesn't!!), I decided to give this one a try for the price. It also has a great return policy if it does not work for you. When it arrived, I was pleased that it had the option to order additional inserts if the pillow was too slim. I am fairly broad shouldered and that has been a problem with other pillows, as a side sleeper. After a week with this pillow, I am pleased to say that I will not need an insert and that I have slept more soundly than I have in ages. The pillow is firm, but soft enough not to feel like a rock of memory foam under my head, and it doesn't weigh a million pounds like many others. I also liked the shape of this and that I can sleep on my back comfortably without having to shift the pillow around in the middle of the night. I had a similarly shaped pillow that I'd gotten from my chiropractor years ago, and it finally fell apart...and have been searching for a new one ever since. This pillow has similar curves and indentations, and the height of the sides for a side sleeper is perfect. I am really pleased with this pillow and am glad I gave it a shot. I haven't woken up with my hands dead asleep, or neck pain, since I've been using this pillow. I'd recommend at least giving it a try if you're thinking about a memory foam pillow - and I hope it works for you too!

Very good quality. I recommend to whomsoever sleeping on the belly and reverse. Good Product for those who sleeps with a low thickness pillow.

الوسادة ممتازة وكانت فعلا نصف العلاج لالام الرقبة عندي كانت الام مزمنة وتيبس في عضلات الرقبة فالبداية طبعا حسيت بالام قوية لان فجأة غيرت الوسادة ولكن بديت استخدمها بشكل تدريجي كل يوم ساعتين او ثلاث واغيرها لمدة أسبوع الى ان تعودت عليها وخليتها دائمة

its was comfy and nice. Bought it as they sed you can get a extra piece if its to flat for free and free shiping. After using it for a month i notest i needed the extra piece. When i tried to contacting them about it they struggled to find my order and where really dismissive during the hole corespondents, took weeks of back and fort messenger that they finally found my order. And then they sed they cant send it to Australia. and this was one of the resos i bought this pillow for the free extra insertion if i needed it.
