My local hardware store has all sizes of the moon, except for 4". This came quickly and in one piece. The top is a bit skiwampus and I only made it worse trying to straighten it out. The 'umbrella' portion is also quite high relative to the pipe, higher than the picture portrays. It won't take much of a breeze to blow rain/snow into it.

After seeing another review saying the connection quality was bad, wanted to chime in that mine came perfect. All connections are solid, will do the job nicely.

This arrived in a mess. Unacceptable lack of integrity by whoever did the punching. I'll be drilling this together with sheet metal screws as the wind could probably blow the rest off. 2 stars because at least I have the ability to use what was sent rather than the whole thing needing returned.
