I have a lot of Corelle white dishware, much of which I inherited from my mom, who bought it in the 70s! These bowls are great for making oatmeal in the microwave or for chili. Nice and deep.

Standard size Corelle bowl. Pure white. Nothing fancy. (They do make a smaller version, which looks the same in photographs.)

I've had sets of these dishes for years. One fell just wrong, and shattered into a million pieces. With that said, I got over 30 years use from it. They're made from layered glass to resist chipping. They can break if hitting with just the right impact angle. They stack well, taking up minimal cupboard space. They're quality products that clean completely, are microwave safe, and are a good overall value. I'll use them over plastic any day, knowing there's no leaching of micro plastics.

Corelle is an excellent product..sturdy..easy to clean...simple white design..

This bowl works terrific for salads, oatmeal, or cereal. It allows for larger quantities or stirring without spilling. It also makes it easier to eat noodles or soup while watching TV without making a mess. I have other dishes that I like but they tend to be too heavy or too low for carrying outside of the kitchen. These are great for neat freaks who cringe whenever someone moves a bowl into the living room. I have older parents who also find it easier to eat out of my corelle dishes because they are lightweight but sturdy. I appreciate the good quality, as well.

Great for cereal especially if you add fruit. I ordered the lids, they fit tight and seal, lots of good uses.

Unfortunately the teenage boy thinks these are the perfect cereal boy!

These crisp white bowls are lightweight for their size. We use them for pretty much every meal - my cereal bowl at breakfast, and with rice or noodles and whatever meat and veg at dinner.We've had to replace a few though. They can be fine for months, then suddenly the littlest of taps and they split in half. Last one to go was in the kitchen sink and I put a teaspoon in it - not a throw or a big drop - and it split. But, it's been a few months now without incident, so fingers crossed.But, regardless of this occasional fragility, I still think they're fantastic bowls.
