Best out there
I shopped around through the various brands of chest protectors and kept coming back to Wesing. This protector is not bulky but still provides good protection. Feels good wearing them while sparring. You won't feel like the Michelin man wearing them, like the other thick spongy chest protectors do. You're getting a much better protector with Wesing and saving money too.

chest protector in XL size was the right fit for a century B.O.B. punching bag
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have owned a B.O.B. punching bag by century martial arts for years, used it so much that a lot of the stuffing has been lost from the stomach area. I decided to order one of these chest protectors in the XL size and it was a perfect fit and I am now able to get some use out of my old punching bag again. the chest protector is a much more affordable option than buying a new B.O.B. the chest protector seems to be very well made so far and should help me get quite a bit more use out of the old punching bag.

Either defective or No Good
The product itself, looks good upon receiving, but after using for 40 days And only for an hour and a half on Sundays. So at this point a total of 7.5 hours of use And the buckles have stretched, which allows the protector to loosen while you’re using it requiring constant retightening Possible this is defect because I’ve read good reviews The problem is exceeded my return window on August 26 And today is September 5. I will reach out to the seller to see if they will offer a replacement. Also, this says it’s ISKA rated but I question that due to the rating being for “Heavy Impact” on their description of product. You will feel the punches from a train fighter without a doubt.. I asked the company before buying if it could handle coaching and taking body shots while coaching, and they replied with yes absolutely. For training purposes because it loosens it rides up and eventually starts hitting my boxers in the chin and rubbing on their chin, they are useless to me at this point. Hoping the manufacturer will work with me and will update this post and if they work with me and the new item works as described, I will update the review and change the rating.
