Giving this review a five star based off of the YouTube instructional video. Have not used the actual pads and hopefully won't have to buying given the choice between other burping chest pad I would go with this one. Slap it on and go essentially.

Switched from Hifin to have a "burping" chest seal after completing the Level 2 course with ALERRT. I still carry both and hope not to use either but great evidence presented on the advantages of the Russell.
