Purchased this to help massage my abdominal muscles and help relax spasms/knots in my digestive system. It’s a little bigger than expected but works well and creates just enough pressure to work without being uncomfortable. Whilst I found it difficult to fully inflate (the air escapes before you can pop the valve back in), thankfully I need it partially deflated for my use. You receive two straws and an extra cap in case of loss.The main issue I have is that it’s very sticky so may attract! Definitely something to bear in mind if that would bother you, but overall a great buy and affordable little accessory for gentle massage or using in pilates. Would recommend!
