No sodium but still has delicious flavor
Penzeys spices are high quality, have rich variety and great taste. I'm no a low (no) sodium diet and the Penzeys spices (Sunny Paris and Mural of flavor are my two favorites so far) are my go to for seasoning any food. I got small containers as a very welcome gift when starting my new diet and I was so happy that watching my sodium didn't mean I was condemned to a life of bland food. This is a great go-to seasoning for soups, eggs, meat of all kinds.

Delish
This is my new favorite go to spice. I use it on a variety of foods and have recommended it to everyone I know. It has flavors of leek/onion, light on the pepper and just a great all around taste. The only problem was that the package must have been tossed onto the edge of our concrete porch and the cap was broken. Some of the spices spilled out into the bag. I dunped it into another container, but c'mon now. Don't toss the packages.

I enjoy this seasoning so much. It really takes just a dash. One time I overdid the seasoning, I thought the food would taste better... I was wrong. This is a pleasant flavor that I enjoy with scallops, omlettes, just about anything. Try it out
