So appreciative of the strap, helps perfectly with stretching my legs; especially since they're short:) Bolster is amazing and provides the relief for my back.

It did take some time to inflate but it eventually did and is a great size and firmness.

This is shipped vacuum sealed, so it's flat. I read that it puffs up in about 4 hours. It's been a day and this still hasn't puffed up. The inside feels like a thick piece of cardboard and I can't make it expand manually, so I'm not sure how this was supposed to expand on its own. I don't know how to return it, since it expanded a little and will no longer fit in the bag. Don't waste your money.

The bolster is pretty good. It has a nice color, soft and good length. I like it for the price and the fact that you get the strap with it. However, I agree with a lot of people that the bolster is not as big and stays pretty flat. I think if you do yoga at studios, you expect the bolster to be big and bulky like the ones there, but this is not that.

I'm mostly writing this in the hopes of helping others who are here wondering if this thing is ever going to decompress to its full size. It will! Mine did, at least. The label said 1-2 days. The listing said to wait 2-3 days. Mine was still pretty smushed and underwhelming by day 4 after unboxing. But as I spent the next few days lamenting dealing with a product return, after 6-7 days it had actually expanded to its full size. I haven't used a lot of other bolsters to compare, but this provides good support and I have no complaints.

These bolsters are great for the price! They also came with nice straps and a little book with poses. I bought ten for my practice and every one is in great condition.

How big and comfy it is.

I don't use a bolster for my practice super often, so it took me a few weeks to notice this manufacturer defect. No, I don't swing it around but the handle etc. - even if so it should be able to withstand 1 month of normal use. The pillow inside is quite firm, but I prefer that to something too squishy.If I found it one day earlier, I would've still qualified for a refund.**Edited to add: I contacted the seller And they offered a full refund. So at least my poorly stitched bolster didn't cost me much.

Es muy delgado para los requerimientos reales del yoga, especialmente para un reataurativo. Lo encargué por el precio. No sería mi mejor opción ahora que llegó y lo vi.

El artículo llegó empacado en una casa minúscula. Resultó que la almohada estaba empacada al alto vacío.Las instrucciones dicen que en 48 horas debería tomar su tamaño final, lo cual no ocurrió después de una semana. Solicité una devolución y ha pasado casi un mes sin tener mayores noticias. Buen producto, pero mucho tiempo perdido y riesgo de que no sirva al final.
