How many days in a row can I use psyllium husk powder?

I take 1 rounded tablespoon twice a day. Ive been taking it for over two years.

Does this psyllium turn purple in baked goods?

Have no idea. Have never added it to baked goods, just mix with water and drink.

does this have artificial sweeteners ?

No. This is 100% Psyllium. Nothing fake added. No sugar added. Bonus: For those on a Keto Diet, it's Zero Net Carbs (the carbs all come from fiber, which makes it 0g Net Carbs).
