Pin-outs supplied. Very cheap
Supplied with Pin-outs, not data sheets which can be found on the web, just search on device name. Adequate low power selection supplied. Using data sheets, the equivalent in this pack can be found. The cases are small enough to replace most , especially where surface mount devices need replacing and the hight is available.

Good selection, enough of each sort to be useful, handy box
If you need an assortment of BJTs for projects, these cover most of the bases (ho ho) and come in a handy storage box. All the ones I've tried so far seem to work. I haven't used any in exacting sorts of circuits and I haven't bothered checking gain, leakage etc. Made a couple of linear voltage regulators including one with fairly low dropout, to drive 3.3v micros from 5v, nothing emitted any smoke. No FETs are included, obviously (I mean the ad clearly says BJTs, after all) but hobbyists go through a lot of 2N7000s, and this kit has some NPNs that are more or less interchangeable and would arguably be even handier, for hobbyists, if it dropped one of them in favour of a bunch of 2N7000s.

Nice starter kit...
Got this as I decided to learn a bit of electronics so I could eventually do some projects with my various Raspberry Pi and this box had a good range and supported nicely the study book I was following "Make Electronics", alond with some other components I also bought from Amazon. Good selection. Would be nice if comparable npn & pnp were arranged together in the box. Including a few device parameters in the inlay card (Ice max mA, hfe etc) would also help
