You misunderstood. Once the quercetin is blended with the phytosome what percentage of quercetin is in the resulting blend?

Hi, I will try to provide you with a better understanding to a very complex process. A phytosome is produced in a way that the actives are bound with the phospholipids (unlike a liposome which can breakdown over time). A phytosome remains an integral part of the end product. A phytome may account for 22-25% of the molecules, making it approx 75-78% of actual quercetin (this will vary, it’s a guestimate based on the stoichiometric ratios in the process.) and the quercetin received by the body is MUCH greater ( hence the form of choice). There is nothing “standardized” when you understand the full complex process. In addition to the 500mg of the highly absorbable Quercetin there is 610mg of additional Organic Whole Foods Quercetin (totaling over 1110 mg in total), and 360mg of Organic Allergy Support Blend & Organic Antioxidant Support.
