I wasn't sure about trying these because it's a different brand I've never tried before, but I was pleasantly surprised. I wouldn't say that I noticed any health benefits necessarily because I only had this one pack. What Idid notice however, is that they actually taste good, they were refreshing and over all I think it was a healthier drink than the coffees with all the flavors that I normally have.

This FitTea Healthy Energy Drink is pretty much just what the name states: an energy drink without a lot of the junk ingredients that make some other energy drinks potentially UN-healthy. The "Energy" part comes primarily from the caffeine in this product, which at 200mg is around how much is in two k8-ounce cups of coffee. The caffeine is also accompanied with the inclusion of glucuronolactone, which is reported to boost mental and physical performance. Additionally, there are a host of vitamins listed on the product label, including several B vitamins. There is NO added sugar, and NO artificial coloring. This drink IS sweetened with Sucralose, however. Stevia or Monk Fruit may have been better choices to bolster the "healthy" claim. I'm not a nutritionist, but I didn't see anything that I recognized as alarming or objectionable in the ingredients list. I was a little concerned that the flavor might not be my cup of tea, as I am not a big fan of most tropical fruits, and this one is flavored with Kiwi and Guava. I thought that at LEAST my wife would like it, since she DOES like tropical fruit flavors. I wasn't sure how a carbonated tea would taste either. My concerns turned out to be unfounded, however, as the taste flavor combination was quite pleasant. The fruity taste is rather light and adds a nice bouquet to the flavor. The tea that's in the drink is a green tea, so that went rather well with the light carbonation and fruit flavors, so as a whole it didn't seem "weird" to me as I think that strongly carbonated black tea might. All in all, I really like the FitTea Healthy Energy Drink. My wife also commented that it tastes good, and she appreciates that most of the ingredients are healthy.

While these weren't my personal cup of tea, my husband was a huge fan. He said that they gave him a lot more energy than expected and left him with minimal crashing

They taste good, less overpowering of a flavor than some other low calorie energy drinks I have tried. Especially compared to ones with artificial sweeteners. They would make my stomach a bit upset sometimes.

I only need about three FitTea cans, but this is a twelve pack which is what? Okayyyyyy! On the real though, this tea is delicious. I always sip FitTea when I'm thirstayyyyyy. Better ingredients than Mom's spaghetti. This FitTea helps me wake up, wake up, wake up like it's the first of the month. Better quality than a 50-inch screen or a money green leather sofa. The value's spot in that top position. Believe me, we run this FitTea, makin' jitters look easy. Yeah!

It had a metallic feel/taste. I also felt a bit nauseas and kind of jittery in ways caffeine doesn't usually make me feel.

I like the flavor but otherwise it's just an energy drink. I didn't die or get bad stomach issues so I guess it's okay.

This is a fairly sweet drink that is sweetened with sucralose. The guava flavor is very prevalent in this, so you will enjoy quite well if you like sweet. This is a non-GMO, vegan friendly, gluten free drink and should be compatible for all. It has lots of good energy building additives that mostly seem good for you. I add this to a glass of regular tea for a great afternoon drink. These are just under $3/can and this seems high priced to me.
