Is this good for mini fridges to put on top of a drip pan to raise the fridge over the lip of the drip pan?

They will provide an inch of clearance. Pricy option if all you need is clearance. A block of wood would do it. They are a bit firm to quiet something as light duty as a mini fridge.

I am trying to level a 5 ton condensing unit on the concrete pad which is leaning. Can these be stacked and will they support approx. 250 lb. ?

They can be stacked. There's ridges that can be interlocked. They're pretty rigid so I'd say they'd support 250 pounds without a problem. I cut 3/16" steel and put it on top of each one so you might want to do that if what your putting on it has sharp edges.

My issue is that I have a noisy washer in a tight spot. Would these be the best option if I want to slide the washer back into place?

Works amazing for that although sliding it with them under will be tough. You can just get a wo der bar and install them when its in place takes zero strength with a wonderbar

How hard would it be to drill a hole through this rubber

Ease! I drill footing 1” holes through several in order to mount 8” grinder. Excellent vibration control with great results.
