Great starting set
I'm no kid, but i definitely had fun building some of the models. I didn't own actual legos when i was young, and my older sibling refused to share his stash. The booklet is understandable except that finding a few bricks were tricky because the color wasn't an exact match to the illustration. Additionally, my son seemed to enjoy making the little piano (but mostly just stealing the bricks i was trying to use of course) I like that the builds in the kit don't take a lot of time or effort yet completing them is still satisfying. Ignoring the booklet entirely to make random lego abominations is pretty fun, as well.

Really fun little fidget builds for adults too
This is the best set ever! I don’t have any kids, just looked fun. They are great, easy little anti anxiety builds, and the end products are fun little fidget toys. I hope Lego makes more of these sets, or offers them as one off packages. They really knocked it out of the park with this one!

Encourages creativity
Purchased for my 7yo nephew. He has multiple Lego kits but needed Legos that could be used for creative construction. This set met my expectation and he is happily constructing.

It ocupyed my son for about 2 hours
I am very pleased with the difficulty level of this kit. My son got it for his 6th birthday and was able to do most of it completely on his own. The fact that each build dose have some kind of moving portion also made completing each kit much more gratifying because it was more than just a static model.My son has not explored the "extra" parts but I was surprised at the high quantity of extra parts included to encourage creativity.

Great gears!
I'm mostly "old-skool" lego, but these bring all the spirit of creativity of the simple brick sets with the added fun of moving parts. We've all had so much fun as a family building contraptions with this set!
