Griot's Garage Ceramic Glass Cleaner Spray for Car Windows, Windshields, Mirrors and Home Use, Cleans and Protects, Streak-Free, 10835, 22oz

This is my go to exterior glass cleaner. I use it on all my cars. Hardly run my wipers in the rain now after a few applications. Bugs dont stick to the windshield. Leaves a nice clear window when used with griots weave towels. Great product.

Stupid easy to apply. Lasts for a very long time. Cheap. It does work well on its own as a window cleaner, but that's not how I use it. I usually clean my window with whatever I need to completely strip it down to as raw a glass as possible before the first time I use it, or if I want to start completely fresh. The Element in my video was scrubbed with 0000 steel wool, because even the harshest glass products I have weren't able to get through whatever was caked up on its windows. The Accord the Dash Cam footage is from, I was able to get the windows strip-cleaned with Dawn and a clay bar, and the footage is from roughly three months in on my first application, which was done badly and while fighting the sun; When clay barring it with Dawn, I had a hose constantly running over the windows and more soap ready for every time it stopped sudsing, and when I applies the window cleaner, not only did I not realise I had to shake it, but I spent half a bottle on that first application trying to keep it wet long enough to scrub in. But, despite the misapplication where I was stuck doing the one thing it says not to do and didn't read to know the one thing it says TO do, that coating made it a full seven months and was still showing no issues, the only reason I refreshed it after the seven months was because I strip cleaned the entire car to put 3-in-1 cedamic wax on it, and even though it still survived, some of the soaps I used hit the window so I made the ultimate decision of may as well. The only issue I have with it is availability; it seems like it's exceedingly hard to find this in stock anywhere, and the shipping times when it is in stock are long enough that I suspect that it's running on a back-order system. I get the demand, it's worth it, but yeesh the supply side of the curve isn't lining up.

It’s a good product that I have been using wrong this whole time. I kept getting streaks but that is due to user error on my part. I used in the sun and over sprayed product. Don’t make my mistake. Product is great!

It does the job, but this product is not a simple spray and wipe.

Leaves a clean, streak free surface. Better than Rain-X ( in my humble opinion ), water streams from treated windows making visibility much better. Easy to apply.

I usually love Griots products, but this one just doesn't make the cut. I tested this product against Rain-x and just ordinary glass cleaner. The Rain-x beat Griots hands down. Rain-x provided much better rain performance and was more durable over the test month. The Griots only provided moderate rain performance and really only lasted a couple of weeks before there was no demonstrable effects from it's application to the windshield. The ordinary glass cleaner was actually only slightly less performant than the Griots, and much easier to use. It did require about one application per week as it isn't designed for durability. For reference...there were numerous rain events during my 3 month test period. The car was exposed to the elements consistently throughout the test period. Each cleaner was used for one month. I am not a chemist, so I do not fully understand the chemical processes used in each of the tested items.

Griot's Garage Ceramic Glass Cleaner Spray. Did a great job of cleaning the glass on my vehicle, didn't streak or leave a film on the windshield. Really easy to use with a convenient spray on container. Left the glass clean and clear without any noticeable residue, with a clean, fun smell. Firstly I really like Griots products and have used a number over the years. I have used their Glass Polish and Glass Sealant products over the years. A bit labor-intensive. I decided to give this a try. Cleaned the windshield and side-windows with Griots regular glass cleaners. Then sprayed this product on and wiped off. Gave me the same water-beading result as the polish and sealant products. Now, it may not last as long, but it only takes a few minutes as opposed the 'polish/sealant' application route. I 'like it'.

Very good stuff highly recommend it, rain x doesn’t have any on this stuff
